Very comfortable apartment

Pros: Spacious, wifi good, smaller comfortable double bed, well equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, excellent location to beach, cafes, and supermarkets. Transport links good. Well maintained and decorated apartment that was comfortable. Host was friendly and very helpful.

Cons: The couch/sofa bed was uncomfortable and needs updating. Steep narrow stairs to top apartment (assistance provided by the host with luggage)

Pros: The owners are a 10 out of 10, very understanding and responsive to messages. The accommodation was excellent, comfortable and we were provided with everything we needed and even more. I highly recommend it.

Pros: Cozy loft, close to the beach, all amenities needed. You cannot ask for more.

Cons: Not good for persons with limited mobility. The staircase is difficult to climb to the last floor, no elevator. But a good exercise for those more or less fit!

A lovely apartment for a summer week in Valencia

Pros: We spent a wonderful week in this lovely apartment as a family of four (3 adults and a 2-year-old), and it was perfect for our stay. The location is ideal—just a 10-minute walk to the beach and equally close to bus stops and the metro, making it easy to get around Valencia. The apartment was spotless, fully equipped with everything we needed, and even included some thoughtful extras that made our stay even more comfortable. Our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and we were especially grateful that they accommodated our very late arrival at 2:00 AM. If we return to Valencia, this apartment will definitely be our first choice.

Cons: The stairs up to the apartment are a bit narrow and steep, but since we're all pretty active, it wasn’t an issue for us.

Excellent to be close to beach and all activities

Pros: Warm welcome by the lovely owners- like it’s your family. Quick response to any request, always available via WhatsApp. To enjoy Valencia you need to be close by the sea, this apartment has it all, you can do all by feet it this authentic neighbourhood, with all facilities and great supermarket, typical restaurants. By bike you can go anywhere- Valencia is really beautiful city with a Soul.

Cons: Stay too short- we didn’t want to go home 😁

Pros: Good location in the area close to the beach and local restaurants. Place was quiet, cool (with a/c) and comfortable. Great to communicate with and all round relaxing visit to Valencia

Nice location, well-equipped apartment

Pros: Nice hosts. The apartment is close to beach, public transport, several restaurants, supermarkets (especially Mercadona). Well equipped apartment including what a family need. Good value for money.

Cons: The stairs were too steep, but it wasn't a major issue—you just need to be careful. The sofa bed, was uncomfortable for sleeping and made a lot of noise.

Spacious apartment, fully equipped, best located just near the beach and restaurants. Lovely hosts!

Pros: I looooove the area around the apartement, it‘s right in the middle of locals, lots of cafés, restaurants and grocerie shops. Just 10 minutes to the beach, about 40 minutes the the airport, just one line needed. The whole apartement is very big, so much space for this area. Kitchen is well equipped, the fridge is enormous. Nicely renovated bathroom, also a washing machine. Yes and there are narrow stairs but the hosts carried my suitcase even though i‘m young and fit ;) Communication was easy via booking and then via whatsapp, they are both super nice! I would totall recommend with my whole heart. Go there, enjoy valencia.

Cons: The only thing missing for me was a mirror big enough to check my outfit. But that‘s okay :)

Everithing was ok. I recommend this appartment.

Pros: The apartment was fully equipped. More than normal eg. plaster, hygiene supplies,detergent…:) We really enjoyed our stay there! We done early check in and the owner/host was super nice and helpful.

Cons: Everything was OK.
