Pros: The flat was really comfortable for two people. It was clean, well-equipped, and the staff was accommodating when we requested an earlier check-in.

Cons: Only a minor inconvenience, but the bathroom was only separated from the rest of the flat with a curtain.

Pros: I loved the location - the proximity to the beaches ( you better rent a bicycle for more freedom!), local restaurants and shops! thanks for some flexibility about check out time, i appreciated!

Cons: PS suggestion! I would add a yoga mat to the property- it would fit the terrace so nicely! otherwise nothing really. there was just some confusion about the key box- the wrong description.. but happily I met other guests of the property at the door, and it was resolved quickly.

Good stay in Valencia

Pros: The appartment is in good location, not far from the beach. We really appreciatted that we could find there all the stuff for the beach like an umbrella and the towels. The communication with the owners (Happy team) was very easy and they replied almost immediately.

Cons: The flat is not perfectly clean, for example when we checked-in there was sand on the floor.

Pros: location might look a bit concerning given the fact that it is located in a relatively poor neighbourhood but I can assure you that it is safe, some really nice places to eat, and on walking distance to the beach

Cons: separation between the bathroom and the living room was a curtain hehe

Esperamos repetir.

Pros: El apartamento fue tal y como se mostraba en las imágenes, lo que no siempre suele ser así. Electrodomésticos modernos y muy acogedor. Terraza amplia, que el tiempo no nos permitió disfrutar. Además había canales de pago para ver en la TV, principalmente de cine.

Cons: Al ser una casa tradicional de la zona de pescadores, no tiene ascensor, pero solo es una 2ª planta así que no es gran problema salvo que tengas problemas de movilidad. Esto también influye en que el aparcamiento es complicado. Pudimos aparcar en la calle pero vimos parking cercano.

Pros: Le loft est vraiment bien aménagé et confortable Proche de toutes commodités , la plage et les transports en communs pour aller au centre-ville

Pros: Struttura in ottima posizione, molto vicino a qualsiasi mezzo di trasporto per poter raggiungere il centro con facilità. A qualche centinaia di metri si trova la spiaggia più vicina, raggiungibile a piedi in poco tempo. La struttura dispone di uno spazio di giuste dimensioni per una vacanza, e accessoriato con ogni cosa necessaria, viene messo a disposizione anche kit spiaggia con asciugamani, ombrellone ecc. Host molto disponibile e cordiale a ogni richiesta fatta.

Cons: Unica pecca la pulizia delle stoviglie, ne abbiamo trovate di ancora “sporche” o mal pulite.

Pros: Alles sehr komfortabel, die Lage, die Ausstattung der Wohnun

Pros: Schöne Wohnung mit viel Ausstattung. Auf der Terrasse ist den ganzen Tag Sonne, perfekt zum entspannen. Auch der Strand und die Metro sind nicht weit weg.

Cons: Das Bad hat keine Türe und die Wände reichen nicht ganz bis zur Decke, also hat man auf Toilette keine Privatsphäre.

Pros: J ai beaucoup aimé le studio qui etait très bien équipé et propre.

Cons: Les escaliers très raides et non précisés dans la description du studio. Il faudrait sans doute le préciser pour les personnes âgées ou handicapées.
