Overall it was a good stay, not sure I’ll choose this place again though
Pros: They have all the needed amenities for a comfortable stay. Plus it’s a nice location - lots of cafes around, small grocery stores, not far from the beach (maybe 10 min away).
Cons: It was not super clean - spider webs in some corners, water leakage from the ceiling in the bathroom, couple of roaches in the storage room. Absolutely awful smell from the outside if you’ll open the „window” in the bedroom. Also no written instructions about WiFi - I had to manually look for the info under the router. Plus why in the world should I checkout at 10 in the morning?

With some small improvements this is a nice place to stay.
Pros: I opened the property by an app, what makes it very cozy and easy. The host replayed quickly to my massages and the communication was easy. The property is located in a very quiet part of town and the beach is reachable by foot, also everything that you need is close (restaurants, bar, market, shop...) including public transport that is excellent.
Cons: There where no soap in the property. Neither one soap for washing my hands on arrival. There is no trash bin for garbage in the apartment. The property has wi-fi, but no password anywhere and there is a big screen TV but you can't watch anything if you don't log in with your netflix or some other account.

Pros: W miarę świeży apartament, dwie łazienki, dwie sofy
Cons: Brak piekarnika, osprzęt kuchenny trochę już zajechany i ogólnie mieszkanie w miarę świeże a już nadaje się do odświeżenia. Brak pilota do tv dobrze że człowiek mobilny to sparował tv z telefonem.

Appartamentino in posizione perfetta!!
Pros: Un rifugio perfetto per qualche giorno a Valencia! Quartiere molto molto carino, giovane e pieno di bar. Autentico e pieno di casine colorate. Molto vicino alla metro che arriva direttamente dall'aeroporto. Comodissimo anche per il centro e la città dell'arte e della scienza con il bus o a piedi. Posizione veramente top! Accanto al mercato perfetto
Cons: Un po' umido ma abbiamo beccato solo giorni di pioggia quindi è normale..

La estancia buena si no hubiera sido por el problema de la televisión
Pros: El alojamiento estaba muy bien y es grande y está muy cómodo
Cons: Lo peor fue que llame al propetario para decir donde estaba el mando de la televisión y me dijo que se lo había llevado el anterior que había estado y le pregunté que si no podía hacer algo para solucionar me el problema y ni me contestó eso es lo que no me a gustado podría haber llamado por lo menos y decirme algo pero no tú ve ninguna respuesta

Gute Unterkunft in der Nähe vom Meer
Pros: Einfacher Kontakt und problemlose Schlüsselübergabe und Check Out. Sauberkeit der Unterkunft. Klimaanlage sehr gut. Lage ist gut.
Cons: Einfache Ausstattung mit wenig Geschirr. Leider kein Geschirrhandtuch und keine Mülleimer. Bett ein wenig klein für 2 Personen, es ging könnte aber größer sein.

Pros: A acomodação está muito bem localizada, muito próximo da praia e próximo de mercados e restaurantes. O apartamento tá bem equipado com tudo que precisa para cozinhar e banheiros bem limpos. Tem ar condicionado e tudo funcionando muito bem. Instalações bem novas.
Cons: Senti falta de uma lixeira para a casa, deixei tudo em sacos plásticos em um canto. Também senti falta de uma cortina pois entra muita luz ao amanhecer.

Pros: La casa estaba muy bien, pero quería mencionar a Richar, que era la persona a cargo de cualquier problema, y era super agradable y solucionaba todo rápido.
Cons: El último día no había agua caliente y se atranco un váter. Pero se soluciona muy rápido.

Pros: L’emplacement dans le quartier Cabanyal. Mercadona, café, restaurant , marché , traiteur, plage tout est très proche. Louer un vélo pour visiter Valencia il y a de supers pistes cyclables. En plus y a la place dans l appart pour laisser ses vélos .Idéal pour 2 , grand, lumineux et reste étonnement frais par temps de canicule
Cons: Des problèmes dans une des salle de bain (mais il y en a 2 donc pas de soucis) , générait des odeurs de renfermé par moment mais rien de très grave . Sinon RAS.
