Pros: The flat is very comfy, modern, very well equiped even for longer stay, clean and quite good location (a bit longer walk to the old center) in safe, quiet neighbourhood. The staff was very responsive, nice and helpfull. And the supermecado is just a few feet away.

Cons: We didn't find cafes, tapas bar or restaurant in the close vicinity but there are some in the walking distance (15-20 minutes) from the flat. .

Pros: Well equipped and clean apartment with everything that is needed.

Cons: There is no interaction with the hosts. It is great if you are introvert, or practical, because you can arrive whenever you want. But you have to download an application, make the administration for yourself and it was also a stress if applcation would work.

Pros: The apartment is very well equipped, it was clean upon arrival. There is a shop in the next street, a bakery in the same street, it is a 10-minute walk to the park and bus station, and a 20-minute walk to the city center.

Cons: Since the apartment is on the ground floor (the entrance is from the street) it is quite noisy. During the week it was okay, on Friday night the noise from the street was unbearable. The apartment is unlocked via an app and there is no physical key, which we had no problems with. The only problem is that you have to have your phone with you at all times, otherwise you get locked out, and only the person who has the app can unlock it.

Pros: The apartment is perfect and well equipped. Just missing an iron and a dryer since there is no balcony, how can customers dry their clothes? And if you can provide solution for parking in the future it will help a lot. Thanks, Serge

Pros: The location was excellent and the appartment was really nice and clean. What was a bit unplesant was the fact, that air condition didn't work - we've been there in Feb and the appartment was really cold.

Pros: Apartment was very clean everything was brand new. good location perfect if you need to visit bioparc, central market, shopping mall. It had all the essentials we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend the apartment to anyone. It's better than staying in a hotel value of quality and better privacy.

Cons: There was not a full length mirror which is very essential me. Hot water for showers remains hot for 5-7 mins till it turns cold. Noise from the street. Although this was not all a major issue. Our stay was pleasant
