Pros: Excellent apartment located in quiet district of Valencia decor and facilities of a high standard, and the third bedroom was a big plus with three children , the two older children appreciating the extra space.. Host was extremely accommodating when we needed to change our plans at the last moment due to a last minute family emergency - great value for money and would highly recommend.

Cons: Only a minor issue but many nearby properties were unoccupied possibly due to the water caused by the winter flood. Howevet only a 15 minute walk to Ave de Cid Metro station so not a big issue. Apoartment facilities massively outweighed any minor disadvantage this might cause

A spacious and comfortable apartment, good value for money - especially for families.

Pros: The apartment was large, with more than enough room for everyone. The number of bedrooms (3) was very important and good for us. Having two bathrooms was a great plus if you travel with family. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. The capsule coffee maker was modern and of good quality.

Cons: Some of the kitchen facilities, such as the electric kettle and the crouton maker, could have been improved and updated to be more modern. The beds were creaking and the mattresses could be of better quality.

Pros: We stayed at this apartment for a few days while visiting Valencia, and it was a fantastic base for exploring the city. The apartment is exactly as described - modern, clean, and very well maintained. The host was also very responsive and helpful and making check-in easy. We’d definitely stay here again!

Pros: It was very clean, modern, comfortable. We were with the baby and had all utilities. The host was very polite, responsive and kind. It was great experience and we recommend this apartment!

Pros: The apartament was like in description. Very good location, near bus. The Biopark was in 20min walk. The Catedral was 30min walk. Very nice bakery in front. Thank you!

Pros: Comfort for family, clean and feels like home.20 minutes walk to old town, 5 min to MTR, supermarket in next door...

Pros: Large apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, 20 minutes' walk to the city Center. Opposite, there is a pastry shop with delicious coffee and wonderful pastries. 5 minutes' walk to Turia Park. . A few supermarket near the house, metro and bus stops.

Very comfortable

Pros: Clean and comfortable. A few supermarket near the house and bus stops a few minutes walk from the house. Three badroms and two bathroms in the house. Fridge, washing machine, dish washing machine, microwawe oven, kettle and everything in the kitchen. Hot water is very good and heater system working very well. Very good bakery cross over the street. Name is labroxeria. We had breakfast form there every morning. If we come again I would like to stay here. Thank you for all Hogar Moderna

Cons: Wall clock isn’t working :))

Pros: The apartment was very cozy and wonderfully equipped, from dryers to spices. Close to the metro station and the shop. The owner was very nice and polite. He answered quickly, helped a lot and recommended places to see.

Fantastic, I would highly recommend this property and its host. We will book again when we visit Valencia

Pros: It was clean and in excellent condition with a full functioning HVAC system. Great facilities and the host was brilliant.

Cons: Lack of parking but that’s not uncommon in Valencia. There are parking spots around the area with both paid and free spaces.
