All in all we were satisfied

Pros: We had everything we needed, Jose is very nice and always ready to help.

Cons: Maybe just the cleanliness should be better especially of the towels

Well located modern apartment which was very convenient for our needs

Pros: Brilliant location - we could walk to the old town in 25 mins. It had air con and it was nice and modern! Great assistance from the owners. Very happy with this stay!

Cons: The drain in the shower was not draining well but that didn’t worry us

Pros: Lovely apartment and comfy beds. The host responded to all queries.qyickly. Self check in using instructions via WhatsApp was easy. Parking was available in the garage below the building upon request (15€ a day - cash). Very glad of this due to having a hire car, which was brand new and I don't think any cars on the street were without bumps or scrapes. On street parking although free, was very hard to find, so knowing we had a space was great. Metro 8 minutes away or 25 mins walk to the city centre. Due to the heat (38oc) we mostly took the Metro. 6.50€ for 10 tickets. Also lovely having coffee available.on arrival, plus the orange juicer was a bonus as we had fresh orange juice each morning. Super market two mins walk away. Air conditioning was also amazing and worked well.

Cons: Parking is tricky due to it being an end space by the wall, but with careful manoeuvring the space was fine.

Pros: The location was very good, close to transportation, supermarket, super equipped, with everything you need, even beach lotion, and the kitchen is very well equipped (the best I've come across so far). The host was very helpful, extending our check-in time by an hour.

Pros: Spacious kitchen/lounge.. nice, little laundry separate to kitchen. Relatively new apartment with a working smart TV.

Cons: Just like most places in Spain the bathroom had mould.. something we are not use to coming from Australia. Bathroom must of been recently renovated but the tiles have just been laid on the existing tiles... water was leaking out of the shower.. meaning we had to shower with very low pressure to not flood the house.. not very nice. Location is very common people street.. was probably the most further out of the city we have been during our 5 week stay.. not a negative just a note.

Pros: Great value for money. Super apartment. Spaciuous and very clean, well equipted with sheets, pillows, blankets, towels and kitchen accessories etc. Big plus for parking included in the garage. Great service from the hosts who took good care of us during checkin. We forgot a jacket after check out but the kind host delivered it back to us the same day. Clean apartment, great beds, good aircondition and super location. Supermarket, farmacy, restaurants etc only 1 and 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Only 15 minutes walk to the old town and taxi costed us 7 euros from the apartment to the old town. We can highly recommend this apartment and we will rent it again.

Valencia Stopover

Pros: Close to town centre. About 30min walk to the Central Market area. We could also take a nice walk to the City of Arts and Sciences and Oceanografic aquarium.

Pros: Location is good. Apartment is well equiped and ready to use. José is very kind and helpful. He try to support for every issue. I will use same place if I come back to Valencia.

Great Apartment!

Pros: Large, modern and very clean apartment! The underground parking garage with its own parking space was a huge plus, we were able to park the car there safely. Two TVs, very stable internet, large and fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa which can also be used as a great place to sleep. If we are ever in Valencia again, we would gladly book this accommodation again. The host was always available for queries and responded quickly - thanks again! 🙏The city center is only about a 20-minute walk away.

Cons: We really loved the apartment! Tiny suggestion for improvement: a kettle would have been nice to have in the kitchen (if one was available, we didn't find it)

Pros: Thank you very much for the great opportunity to rent this incredible apartment. The location was both central and somehow very quiet. This location is easily accessible by public transport and car and has loads of gift shops and boutiques. We loved the dining room, everything was clean and cozy, which made us feel at home. The hosts were responsive and flexible. We had an amazing vacation in Valencia, thank you. Mila and Kris
