A bit out from the old town but still walkable distance and great to have parking

Pros: Good sized comfortable apartment and great to have parking space that was easily accessed and fit our midsize rental.

Cons: Main bed a bit soft and saggy in the middle.

Incredibly cozy, lovely apartment, the parking under the building was really helpful.

Pros: The air conditioning system was providing a nice and cozy temperature in all rooms, without even noticing it.

Cons: There is noise from the street, for sensitive people that might be annoying.

Pros: about 30 min walk from the old city centre, but close to bus stations if needed.

Cons: shower head had no wall mount

Great stay

Pros: This property is even better than on photos, there is everything you need. Big well equipped place in good location 2 min to walk to big supermarket and few minutes to walk to metro station. Easy 30 min walk to centre. Highly recommend

Cons: the main entrance door of the building is not easy to unlock.

Home from home

Pros: Good location, fab communication from the host. Great to have car parking facility's. Clean home from home. Felt very safe..much bigger apartment than I thought.

Cons: The bed. Was small and far to soft. But the pillows and bedding was great The shower wasn't attached to wall so had to hold it whiles washing hair. Everything else was great.

Good value for money.

Pros: Big and spacious apartment, well equiped kitchen, new building with lift and underground garage. Very good contact with owner and very flexible approach. Location close to park and ZOO.

Cons: The cleaning standard requires improvement. Quite far to city center (25-30 min walk). The garage is for experienced drivers or small cars - narrow and curvy driveway, narrow parking spot, little space for any manuvers. It’s easy to damage car.

Pros: La atención del anfitrión es de 10, el apartamento tiene todo lo que se espera, es muy cómodo y la ubicación perfecta

Cons: La cama es blanda y no hay para colgar la alcachofa de la ducha

Buen lugar en Valencia

Pros: El trato fue muy bueno y cercano, además tiene parking y el apartamento está bastante bien, es práctico. La cama es cómoda y la habitación bastante grande.

Cons: Creo que deberían cuidar un poco más los detalles, por ejemplo poner jabón de ducha, alguna cápsula más de café (Sólo hay 1) o una botella de agua al llegar.

Pros: La posizione, vicina alla fermata del bus per andare in centro e per andare in spiaggia, vicina alla metro per l'aeroporto. Zona tranquilla, con negozietti e supermercati.

Cons: Sarebbe servito qualche accorgimento in più. Armadio di una camera rotto e quindi non utilizzabile. Magari far trovare almeno una bottiglia d'acqua per gli ospiti, noi siamo riusciti per un pelo a fare la spesa, ma per chi non dovesse riuscire può essere un aiuto.
