Great place in downtown Valencia. Comfortable and quiet

Pros: Great place to be in downtown Valencia. Very comfortable and spacey rooms. Everything renewed. Super great host, very attentive and always available for any doubt. Very easy to checkin. I highly recommend this place in Valencia for holidays or work, I had a great experience and will come back next time I need to work in Valencia.

Cons: High price Not too much amenities Loud, not only from the street, but also because of many noises from the corridor. Maybe the door need soundproofing?

Pros: In reviews people were complaining for lack of towels and shampoo/sop/toilet paper. This was fixed - we had two big towels+ two small, shampoo, gel, soap, two rolls of paper. The bed is quite soft. Checkin was easy, the host replied quickly, even late in the evening.

Cons: The apt is on the first floor and you can hear what is going on in the street very well. It's fine if you wake up at 6 a.m., but if you want to sleep longer, it would be hard. Tiles in the shower looked dirty. It would be nice to have a shelf or hooks in the bathroom for towels and clothes, now there is nowhere to put them.

For this price the stay was pleasan. I was very happy to see that there is also fridge in the room.

Pros: The room had great location - main city center by foot 15min and close to Valensbisi bikes that you can rent and use for 13€ for one week.

Cons: Maybe there could have been better instructions before coming where exactly this room is and faster reply from owner but noting that could not be handled.
