Pros: Nice area, convenient for bus stop and relatively close to the train station. Had all the facilities that we needed and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Super comfy bed. Lots of local coffee shops and restaurants

Cons: Not quite enough hot water for showers on day 2 was the only small problem.

easy going stay

Pros: once we managed communication it was very easy to arrive and settle in. it was super clean!

Cons: I didn’t feel too safe in the neighbourhood. But inside the building it was good!

Pros: The property was clean and well maintained. Easy to find but outside parking was scarce but there are parking facilities nearby. The apartment was well equipped, we definitely stay there again.

Cons: No door on the bathroom but not a deal breaker.

Nice and conveniently located apartment in Valencia

Pros: Very convenient location in close proximity to the city centre, parks, supermarkets, metro and buses. Helpful collaboration with Valencia city lockers, where you can safely store your luggage. The apartment is well equipped in general and quite comfortable. The management was responsive and supportive via Booking.com messages. Thanks!

Cons: Absolutely no blame to Concept Flats as this is probably something typical for residential areas anyway, but please bear in mind that this particular apartment block is located on the ground floor and isn’t quite suitable for any light sleepers as there is no soundproofing and any water pipes noises or upstairs neighbours movements are very loud at night. The neighbours from other surrounding buildings tend to start their days early with even louder balcony talks and some music. Earplugs would be necessary per my opinion. FYI. Please also note that my message to WhatsApp number shared by management was never answered except for immediate automated response, acknowledging its receipt. Using Booking.com messaging would be my preference due to this. I also believe that slightly earlier check-in option (4pm feels really late in comparison with similar apartments in Valencia) and provision of some more convenient toiletries would be a plus. But this is a minor note and I appreciate the chance for slightly later check-out. Thanks.

Pros: Modern, comfortable apartments with super comfy bed and a small kitchen and private patio. It's located in residential area, few shops and cafes around. 15 min to the metro station, few bus stops around the corner or 30 min by foot to the city center.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like - it was really loud at night because of the neighbors air conditioners working. So it was impossible to sleep with window open.

Pros: Near new, almost fully equipped. Good position, Ground floor with 3 self contained apartments. Very helpful owner. Love València

Cons: Apartment a little small. But ok. Neighbours could see into bedroom, just close curtain. Nasty smell in surrounding streets.

Ottima soluzione per visitare Valencia

Pros: Appartamento nuovissimo, molto curato e ben tenuto. Doccia meravigliosa, cucina ben accessoriata (servirebbe solo della carta assorbente). Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e gestore pronto a risolvere eventuali problemi

Cons: Direi niente, c'è solo da tenere conto che è a 30 minuti a piedi dal centro, ma in zona ci sono molto ristoranti e la zona è molto tranquilla

Pros: Ubicación, muy cómodo, pequeño pero muy funcional. Muy recomendable.

Pros: Alojamiento amplio y muy limpio con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Cama estupenda y buen detalle de cápsulas de café por parte del propietario .
