I really enjoyed staying in Habitaciones Barra 89

Pros: Nice and clean room, the same with bathroom, shared with other rooms but spacious and clean. Bed were comfortable and the room was cleaned every time when you needed it.

Pros: We had pleasant stay and will be back next year for sure. Minimalistically equipped, safe location, very nice reception.

Cons: Additional table in the room will be a plus.

Great value, good location and kind staff.

Pros: Basic accommodation. However very clean and comfortable and close to a metro!

Cons: Thin walls meant that I could hear other guests if they were particularly loud.

Pros: Very good value for money. The owner is extremely kind and helpful, and it’s clear that a lot of care and effort goes into running this place. The room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. Overall, a pleasant stay, especially considering the price.

Budget hotel that is good value

Pros: It’s cheap and cheerful, spotlessly clean, shared bathrooms and ugly entrance but don’t be put off as the rooms themselves bright and spacious and great value for money

Cons: Further out than thought

Pros: Amazing room. Amazing staff. Very responsive. Good value for money. And very good connectivity with bus and metro.

Pros: The room was very spacious and good ventilation if needed. But I was there when it was 32 degrees and i'm glad it had AC and boy it was working like a treat. The bathroom was not kept clean by the owner as it was shared bathroom I expected to be used by other peoples but i think the management can clean it up 2nd time during the day rather done doing it in the morning only. But it wasn't that bad that It wasn't usable.

Cons: The clean staff didn't know english and in morning when I was leaving for breakfast I ask him for an extra pillow but he only know spanish. But later I was proved a pillow when I asked reception where someone spoke english.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean room, linen and towels.. An air conditioner was working.

Cons: The location - quite far from the city centre. The bathroom near my room was out of order, the receptionist said it would be fixed the next day but it wasn't.. though it was not a big problem for me.
