An amazing place to stay

Pros: The location was great with stores, restaurants and cafes nearby. The City of Arts was also close by (about 15 min on foot). The place looks new, everything was clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable. The area was quiet and we did not hear any noise from the outside. Entering and leaving the apartment was very easy. The communication with Toni was great - he responded quickly and gave us a lot of information. Overall, we'd recommend it.

Cons: We decided to make an omelette, and the smoke detector went off shortly after we started cooking, even though there was no smoke (I guess the smell of bacon counts or the cooker hood is weaker). We opened the door to let some fresh air in, and it turned off soon afterwards.

Pros: exceptional studio, modern and functional. Good location near Turia park and City of Science

Perfect stay

Pros: The location is great. The apartament was clean, the bed and the sofa are super comfortable. There is enough space for moving around, comfortbale chairs and table to have diner, all the pots if you want to cook something. The AC is working very well and it’s quiet, the bathroom is great.

Cons: Everything was perfect!

Wonderful valencia

Pros: The location is very convenient for walking to the city centre, plenty of local bars and restaurants nearby, the apartment was super clean, very comfortable bed, with a choice of firm or soft pillows, valencia is a wonderful vibrant city, great food and very safe, the apartment has a good shower, air conditioner and kitchen facilities, getting from the airport to the city centre and then to the apartment was easy, I will definitely use again to see the beautiful city of valencia

Comfortable studio with perfect location

Pros: Great location (few minutes by foot away from Guliver park and Science Museum/Hemisferic/Oceanografic), well quipped, clean, easy to enter the appartment, Toni welcomed us and explained how to use the link to open the door, he was very responsive and provided information throughout our stay. Enough place for a family of 4. The studio is located at the ground level with direct access from the street. We thought it will be loud but the street is quiet and safe. Great value for money, definitely recommended!

Cons: One studio had a bad smell for a couple of hours (probably from the drainage), but Tony reacted immediately and it didn't affect our stay at all

Short break visiting friends and chose property for its central location.

Pros: Flat was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Really good communication from hosts and property fitted to a high standard

Cons: Property has no windows but just a minor point that we would have liked.

Fantastic stay in Ruzafa

Pros: Really new apartment, everything looks really good and complete. Just a few minutes to the center of Ruzafa.

Cons: The apartment was really new, but there was here and there some dust due to the construction.

Pros: Ogólnie zostaliśmy zadowoleni. Właściciel jest bardzo komunikatywny i zawsze dostępny. Przygotujcie się na dodatkową rejestrację oraz wysyłania zdjęć paszportów - z czym spotkałam się po raz pierwszy.
