Good for the price

Pros: It was very clean, nice bathroom and comfy big bed

Cons: Thin walls, chlorine smell, ground floor so could see people walking next to the window room

Pros: Very clean and a good location for me. Comfortable bed and all essentials available.

Cons: The walls are thin so noise from other rooms could be heard easily. I booked for one but still two sets of plates were beautifully placed on the table with 2 sets of towels on the bed, not sure why and although it's not major, I wondered what it would feel like if you travelled to get over an ex or worse...

Pros: The apartment was nice and clean, it looked like the photos. It was easy to find the apartment.

Cons: We were unable to get in touch with the apartment owner, and since we arrived very early in the morning, we had no place to leave our suitcases until 3 PM. Even when we finally got there, we had to wait another half an hour because our room was still being cleaned. Overall, it was very poorly organized.

Quality and price — everything was great, I definitely recommend staying here!

Cons: There were no large glasses, and some cutlery was broken There was no corkscrew. The room is on the ground floor, so it’s not possible to leave the window open. There’s no air conditioning

Pros: Just as presented, with the mentioning that the little terrace is shared by 3 rooms... It is a little bit hard to find, as there are no signs on the street door, it is actually between no 13 and no 15. Location is close to several bus stops and relatively close to Patraix metro station. Close to cafes and also to a Consum supermarket. Good for a city-break!

Pros: Very clean and cozy apartment with everything you need to stay in Valencia for a couple of days. Small, but equipped kitchen with the coffeemaker - a nice touch. Comfortable bed and smart TV.

Cons: We had a little trouble to find the right door, so it would be nice to have photo instructions sent before the stay. Other than that all is great.

Pros: Value for money Verrrryyyy clean and cozy About 2.5 km distance from city center, but my husband and I we walk a lot therefore this was not a minus point for us

Cons: This is not a complaint but just a constructive comment for the host as the apartment was perfect For guests staying more than 5 days, a second pair of towels would be perfect For guests staying longer than 5 days, second rubbish back to be available A toaster would be perfect TV-the possibility to have at least the local channels as it is a pay TV,but you can watch YouTube My wifi in the room was not working,but I got the code the next day from the next door room, which was very slow. The host, in this case, could fix my code and could ask for a feed back

Pros: Die Unterkunft war echt Mega. Es war alles hochwertig und modern. Das Zimmer hatte eine super Ausstattung ( Kaffeemaschine, Besteck, Gläser Mikrowelle,Kühlschrank etc. ). Das Personal war auf die Sekunde hilfsbereit. Die Lage war auch perfekt. 15 Minuten zum Zentrum und der Bus direkt vor der Tür. Auch zum Fernverkehr Bahnhof sehr nah. Die Gegend war ebenfalls sehr sicher und hatte alles was man braucht. Ab jetzt immer, wenn ich in Valencia bin 👍🏻

Algo positivos y negativos

Pros: - Para hacer chek in por una aplicación eso muy bien, no tiene hora límite de entrar al alojamiento. - Esta limpio. El chico de limpieza (Elvis) es amable. 12 días de nuestro estancia sólo estaba el por allí, nos ayuda el tema limpieza. - El alojamiento cerca de varias parada del autobús para desplazarse. Parada metro en unos 15-20 minutos andando. También cerca de varias cafeterías, tiendas, supermercados.

Cons: - Tuvimos problema con calefacción, les escribía y nos respondió rápido el mensaje. Pero el equipo vendrá 3 días despues de escribirles tantos. No sólo nosotras, pero el habitación vecino también pasa lo mismo. Estuvimos 3 días con mucho frio en la habitación. - 12 días de estancia no hay cambio de sabanas ni toallas. Me parece muchos días sin cambiarlo. A mi gusto cada semana, si se puede cambiarlo es mejor. Por lo menos las toallas que se ensucia rápido.

Lo tenemos en cuenta para próximas visitas.

Pros: Era lo que necesitábamos en la zona a la que queríamos estar en valencia. En realidad era ideal para las intenciones que teníamos al ir a valencia. La atención por wasap era muy rápida. La habitación numero 6 era muy amplia.

Cons: La barra para colgar la ropa estaba muy cerca de la cama y al levantarse molestaba un poco. Entraba luz de la calle pero pude dormir bien, estoy hablando de la habitación numero 2.
