Nice place

Pros: I booked more nights, I gave more details in my other review but I liked the apartment, cozy, clean and nice. Shop Mercadona close by, bus 19 takes you to the center and Ciudad de Artes/Oceanografic. I would come back.

Good stay

Pros: I liked the apartment, very nice, confortable. At the street level but it was ok. Food shop Mercadona close by. Metro station 10 min away. The best way is the bus, it takes you everywhere you want, 2 min from the apartment, it's better than the metro or the tram. Take bus 19 to Ciudad de Artes/Oceanografic, to the mall El Corte Ingles y Centre Comercial Aqua, the center Ayuntamiento, to the street Rusaffa. Even if it is not in the center the bus and the price make it perfect.

Cons: I would take the nice posters from above the beds, glass is a hazard.

We really enjoyed our stay and would defo stay again

Pros: That it was such a big apartment. It was close to the beach. It was lively authentic Spanish neighbourhood.

Cons: Just the shower made the bathroom floor very slippery

Pros: excellent location close to grocery, market, bike sharing, and of course - the sea! really recommended very clean app high speed internet lot of space in rooms

Great for families

Pros: Great location near the beach and near the metro. It has several bedrooms and 2 toilets, great for family travel. Very convenient. Host was very helpful with any requests from our side. Bedrooms were large with queen size beds, very good sleep 👌

Cons: 1. The flat is on the ground level, you exit from living room directly in to the street. Anyone passing by or talking on the street can be heard. Luckily we were off season , not much traffic in the area so it didn't affect us to much. 2. The property seems to be using a hot water tank, so the hot water runs out pretty fast if someone is taking a long shower, you have to wait 1-2 hours before someone else can take a shower. You either take short showers or shower on different days so no problem.

Great crash pad for a group of friends exploring Valencia

Pros: The apartment mainly served as a place to crash after a day of exploring the city. It served its purpose. Close proximity to bus stops make it a good location to explore the city, thought it's about 30-40 minutes to the city center.
