It was very nice, would definitely repeat.
Pros: Location great, apartment very clean, and easy instructions.
Cons: The shower head wasn’t working well so it was a bit uncomfortable to shower. The mattress was not great, it curves a little.

Pros: Clean & bright. It has a lovely shower. It's faces internally as opposed to the street so there's no street noise. On the 2nd floor, short stairs, so no need to rely on the elevator. 6 minute walk to a metro. If you need to go direct to The City of Arts, Oceanarium area then it's a 40 minute walk or there are several buses to take you there. The Cafe 'Dulche de Leche' across the street is great for Coffee, breakfast, sandwiches and a dangerous level of yummy cakes! There's a few pizzerias, a small Tapas bar & more on the street outside which is a small plaza. It was ideal for a small dinner, as we arrived late at 23.00
Cons: They don't provide shower gel or shampoo (which was fine) so just a note to have your own with you. There was construction work on the neighbours apartment one morning. It was after 8am, we were already half awake. I guess we just got unlucky that day. But as we were out n about all day it didn't impact us

Excellent
Pros: The flat was very nice and well organised. There was cutlery and all the necessary utensils for cooking. There was also a dishwasher and a microwave. The location was perfect for visiting the city centre and well connected to the airport. Meals were not included, but there is a bar in front of the building with pastries and special coffees. There was a coffee machine in the apartment with some pods. I highly recommend this flat. I am sure I will come back.

Cons: Lack of: - paper towels in the kitchen - bin bags - cleaning equipment in the kitchen - hand soap in the bathroom - air freshener in the bathroom

Nice apartment, in a good, but noisy place
Pros: Comfortable apartment with well-equipped kitchen. Good location close to train and metro stations. Bus stop right next door (but only one way - from the center - one-way street). Restaurants and cafeterias on the ground floor (under the window of apartment no. 1) and in the nearest houses. Clear information about the apartment, key collection, etc. Good contact with the staff.
Cons: This is the first floor, on a busy street, a square with many bars, so until 1-3 AM it is loud - especially on the weekend, and the loudest when they clean and close. Apartment with a balcony (this is apartment no. 1 on the street side), there is no standard balcony, only a French balcony (balcony doors and railing). No soap in the bathroom. The power has a hotel mode - when you go out, you take out the card, the power goes off and... the fridge doesn't work! Additional cleaning fee if there is a request from the owner? -> When you check-out please cleanup the apartment, do not leave any garbage or dirty dishes.

Wonderful Valencia
Pros: Clean, comfortable and spacious enough for couple. Good facilities and very quiet. Excellent location with Metro station just a short walk away and doesn't take long to get to beaches. Old Town also within walking distance. Would absolutely book again!

We had a lovely stay, clear instructions to get into the apartment which was one of the best apartments we have been in
Pros: The property basically had all we wished for, a good nice kitchen, lovely bedroom (cute accessories), great living room and a nice rainshower. There also was a dishwasher which was handy and they provided basic needs like pepper, salt, oil for cooking and dishwashing liquid. We also had airconditioning which we used a lot.
Cons: The only thing that we missed is a washing machine but that’s not always needed ofcourse

Pros: Great apartment in Valencia - walking distance to the town centre, really nice breakfast place opposite and restaurants below where you can grab a drink / tapas in the evening. Comfy bedroom, good bathroom and well kitted out kitchen. Easy access with the key safe so can check in when suits, really recommend this apartment and will definitely stay again when next in Valencia.
