Netherlands 🇳🇱

Pros: De ruimte is prachtig en erg groot. De locatie in Valencia is super. Het centrum is op loopafstand.

Cons: De douche heeft maar kort warm water. Te kort voor 3 personen die na elkaar willen douchen. En het appartement zit naast een bar. Vooral op vrijdagavond is dat tot diep in de nacht erg gehorig. De andere avo den valt het mee.

Veramente un soggiorno da 5 stelle

Pros: Tutto nuovo e come da foto ottimo per la predisposizione delle 2 camere da letto separate con bagni personali ci si sta bene anche in 6 veramente una piacevole sorpresa e soggiorno. vicino a fermata bus Metro e centro città vicinissimo a caffetteria eccezionale supermercato e tanti localini dove passare serate piacevoli

Cons: Purtroppo è a fianco ad un locale quindi ragazzi fuori la porta a divertirsi però per noi non è stato un problema......ed un umile consiglio aumentare potenza contatore perché non regge sempre l'impianto di condizionamento

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Pros: Poco distante del centro di Valencia, comodo per tutti gli spostamenti, gli spazi dell'appartamento sono molto grandi e adatti per due coppie di amici (2 stanze, 2 letti comodi e 2 bagni separati). Gli arredamenti sono nuovissimi e curati. Letti comodi. Semplicità di checkin e checkout. Rapporto qualità prezzo OTTIMO per quello che offre. Stoviglie e angolo cucina; divano e TV in salotto, cabina armadio. Spazi ampi.

Cons: Una delle due stanze da letto è vicino alla strada: si sentono i rumori provenienti dal bar di fianco. L'altra è più silenziosa. Le due stanze sono ben separate da due porte diverse ma se si dorme con un'altra coppia di amici, questi per uscire devono per forza passare davanti al letto degli altri (coperto da tendaggi) e il rumore dell'apertura meccanica della porta ti sveglia.
