Hola Valencia - Holiday Apartments

Lovely apartment, with an outside terrace.

Pros: Clean, bright, airy and great location. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants near by. 15 minutes walk into the old town.

Cons: Could do with some new furniture, as springs have gone on the sofa.

It was a great stay at hola valencia apartments, because is was clean, spacious and had a nice terrace.

Pros: It was a great apartment, lots of space and a large terrace.

Cons: The shower head gave off little electric shocks when you held it, luckily the rain shower did not have this.

Cozy spacious place

Pros: Good location, close to the city center by 10-20min walk. Really nice and clean building. Spacious and bright apartman, with a huge terasse, just as the pictures shows. Good lights, nice atmosphere, cozy interior design. Clean bedrooms, enough towels and plates. Wifi works perfect, and we got coffee capsules. Hosts was kind and helpful when we need them to set the heating system and fix the shower. Everything was fine, we were happy to be there!

Cons: One of the bedroom was a little bit noisy, but we didn't care about that. If you check the place and view (busy street, with bars below the windows) you can prepare for it. And they close 10pm. Unfortunately we couldn't checkin before 3pm, but we handled it with a bounce storage in that area finally. A bit dirty armchairs.

Pros: Great location. ..a few great bars in a family friendly plaza outside the front door.

Pros: Very nice apartment with excellent location, close to main stations of public transport. City center is on a walking distance. There are lots of restaurants and groceries in the neighborhood. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need during your stay. Easy communication with the team who managed the property and helpful information provided from their side.

Pros: It was clean, central, organized and very comfy to stay. Also I had to check out late due to work and they were understanding about it.

Cons: They can revisit beds and pillows as they might not be really comfortable for long stays, but for 3 days it was ok.

Perfect for a stay in Valencia

Pros: Fantastic location, quiet neighbourhood with lots of lovely local restaurants. Apartment was well stocked with an amazing balcony. Highly recommended!

Superb!

Pros: The location is fantastic - excellent tapas bars right outside the door, a supermarket across the road, and bus stop/metro less than 5 minute walk. The Terrace is a highlight, large seating area and quite the sun trap. Lovely area to sit and relax. The apartment is very well appointed with modern appliances, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Spotlessly clean also. Check in and out process was seamless. Excellent value for money.

Cons: Very minor criticism - only one mirror in the bathroom, could do with ones in the bedrooms.

Ihan ok kolmen yön majoitus ihanassa kaupungissa.

Pros: Sijainti ok, kävelymatka vanhaan kaupunkiin, kiva aukio kuppiloineen. Hyvät sängyt ja vuodevaatteet. Parasta ihana Valencian kaupunki.

Cons: Hyvin epäsiisti ja epämiellyttävä sohva. Terassi täysin turha, koska sateella kaikki märkää ja sijainti keskellä kerrostaloja (näkyvyys).

La relación calidad-precio es buena

Pros: Está muy bien ubicado y reformado, aunque le faltan detalles como un colgador de toallas usadas, o una estantería para los productos de aseo en el baño.

Cons: Es un primer piso y ruidoso porque tiene varias cafeterías en el bajo. Y uno de los días tuvimos un botellón delante del portal, en la plazoleta.
