Pros: Everything was great. Spacious apartment, excellently equipped and in an excellent location. We will definitely come back if we come again.

Pros: The apartment is very spacious, clean, and elegant. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary utensils. I appreciated the host’s attention to detail — leaving mineral water and even a few bottles of beer in the fridge, as well as coffee capsules for the machine. The apartment is located in a quiet area, quite close (within walking distance) to the old town. I have nothing to complain about. However, I would suggest that the owner add a coat rack somewhere near the entrance, so there’s a place to hang outdoor clothes (especially in rainy weather — a jacket or an overcoat). It’s rather inconvenient not to have a spot for such outerwear (it’s not ideal to hang wet clothes inside the wardrobe).

Stylish new apartment in very good location

Pros: Very modern and new, elegantly decorated. Quiet neighbourhood, many restaurants together one block away. Cafes, too

Cons: A bit expensive, after all it offers 1 bedroom. No curtain in bedroom, sunlight comes right in and wakes up, but I'm sure it will be taken care of.

Pros: Casetta piccolina ma con tutto il necessario, accogliente e comoda a due passi dal centro e dalle fermate del bus.

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung!

Pros: Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gefallen. Sehr schön und sauber. In der Küche gibt es alles Nötige. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Badezimmer ist groß und schön.

Cons: Uns haben im Badezimmer die Hacken zum Aufhängen gefehlt. Wie waren 5 Personen und man wusste nicht, wo man seine Handtücher aufhängt, um diese dann wieder zu fidnen. Ein paar mehr Hacken wäre besser oder ein Regal, Platz gibt es genug. Das Wasser in der Dusche lief etwas langsam weg..

Pros: Estaba todo súper limpio, y tenía todo lo necesario para la estancia. Perfecto para 4 personas

Pros: La ubicación está muy bien. El apartamento es chulísimo, muy moderno y con todo lo imprescindible.

Cons: Pues eché en falta un perchero para colgar los abrigos. También creo que podría haber algún mueble adicional en el baño para dejar las toallas, neceseres, la ropa para cuando sales de la ducha... (hay un cuelga toallas pero solo para 2), ya que el mueble del lavabo es pequeño y que hubiera alguna balda o mueble auxiliar, hubiera estado bien. Y también eché en falta una silla más, éramos 5 y la última noche cenamos en la mesa de comedor, pero solo tiene 4 sillas. En las fotos del apartamento salen 2 sillas más en la terraza, pero no estaban.

Pros: Interessante Lage für Besucher die das Stadtleben lieben. Ein sehr tolles (Frühstücks-) Kaffee an der Ecke. Man tritt aus der (Glas-) Tür und ist sofort auf dem Gehweg. Die Betten waren okay.

Cons: Die Tür zum Patio lässt sich nicht abdunkeln Zu wenig Platz bei 4 Personen für die Sachen zum Ablegen oder Aufhängen Beim Duschen kann Wasser aus dem Bad laufen ( Wischsachen vorhanden)

heerlijk schoon en prachtige badkamer

Pros: het is een ruime kamer en een prachtige badkamer. het was heerlijk schoon toen we aankwamen. een goeie koelkast en een goed werkende airco zit er in.

Cons: er waren geen gordijnen in 1 van de kamers, dat was jammer. en niet echt een zitje om even buiten te kunnen zitten

Pros: L'appartamento è nuovissimo e ben arredato, dotato di tutti i comfort. Anche se è situato a bordo strada, l'insonorizzazione è buona. Lo staff è stato cordiale e disponibile sia prima del nostro arrivo a Valencia che durante il nostro soggiorno. Nota a favore: la posizione è molto buona, a 30 secondi c'è un bar-pasticceria e a 5 minuti c'è la fermata della metro Jesus (inoltre la strada adiacente è piena di fermate di autobus di varie linee).
