quiet and cosy place near the center

Pros: the apartment was super clean, the location is great. it was very quiet at night and there are a lot of pubs and restaurants near by. it is very close to the bus station and about 15 minutes walk from the metro. you could find anything you want in the apartment (cutlery, kitchen appliances, etc.) and it was cool that the place has a self check-in option (we arrived close to midnight and we could check in without problems). I would recommend this place.

Cons: the single beds were very uncomfortable. I woke up with a back pain. it's the only inconvenience of this lovely apartment

Pros: Location is great, close to the station, supermarkets and a quick walk to town centre. It was easy to find. Has 2 bathrooms which is useful for 4 people. Beds were comfortable and each room has an AC which was great. Overall it was a good experience and would recommend/use again.

Cons: The wifi was not working for the first 2 days and had to message them a couple of times to chase on resolution. But they did get it fixed for us. It would work a lot better if the beds are spread 2 in each room instead of 3 in the bedroom and 1 in the main living space. But it still worked for us. As it was on the ground floor, there were quite a few ants around the door on the first day, but they had left a spray which we used to spray the area which got rid of them and ants didn't come again.

It was nice to be in a quite place and close to all important site in Valencia., would go back .

Pros: ok easy to buy all needs for the stay and also to get out and about.

Cons: the place need some ventilation due to the fact that the glass doors are facing sun and the internal of the flat gets a rise in temp due to solar irradiation. Some solar film on the glass would do a good job to reduce heat gain.

Pros: Appartamento grande, suddiviso in due zone principali. Due bei grandi bagni. Ottimi materassi. 200 mt al bus diretto per la città della scienza.. Nei dintorni, ottime pasticceria e supermercati.

Cons: Cuscini dei letti migliorabili. La mancanza di una finestra non permette di arieggiare l'appartamento ( c'è solo una grande portafinestra che da direttamente sulla strada). Sarebbe gradito un piccolo kit di benvenuto con acqua, e qualcosa per la colazione, giusto per il primo giorno...

heerlijk verblijf in prima accommodatie, Erg geschikt voor 4 volwassen personen

Pros: Perfecte locatie, met goede bedden en comfortabel. Ook de ligging is prima. Ook handig dat er 2 badkamers waren. Plus het vervangen van de slaapbank door een bed maakt dit een prima accommodatie. Ik zou zo weer teruggaan

Cons: niets

Pros: Bardzo fajna lokalizacja, blisko centrum. Dwie łazienki, pokoje oddzielone drzwiami - dla mnie duży plus, była też kuchnia i co ważne żelazko. Czystość ok. Właściciel poszedł na rękę z zameldowaniem, także polecam :)

Cons: nie było mydła w dozowniku

Przyjemne miejsce dla grup znajomych lub rodzin, blisko centrum - do drobnej poprawki :)

Pros: Bardzo duże 2 pokoje, wygodne łóżka, 2 łazienki, blisko centrum, bardzo sympatycznie, schludnie, smart TV, skrytka na klucze, klimatyzacja / ogrzewanie sterowane pilotem w obu pokojach, lodówka, suszarka i dobra cena

Cons: Brak czajnika elektrycznego, płyta grzewcza nie do końca działała, mydło w łazience wykończone, rolety prześwitywały co odbierało poczucie prywatności, karnisz zasłony wypadał po odsuwaniu ich, dodatkowym atutem byłoby uposażenie miejsca w zapasy takiej jak mydło, 1 sztukę kapsułki do prania oraz sól i cukier :)

Buenas instalaciones, poca privacidad.

Pros: Ubicado en un barrio tranquilo, cerca del centro. Cómodo para ir en familia ya que tiene 2 baños, cocina, nevera, microondas, lavadora, etc.

Cons: Los colchones son un poco delgados y por lo tanto incómodos. Al ser un local adaptado como vivienda tiene vidrios aún en el frente por lo que recibe bastante sol y calor. También tiene aún unas cortinas por las cuales se ve de afuera hacia adentro, lo que le quita mucha privacidad. Faltaría colocar una cortina en el salón.

Family Trip.

Pros: Appartamento confortevole, ampio, nuovo e pulito. Dotato di lavatrice, climatizzatore e di servizi utili per eventuali ospiti con disabilità. Posizione comodissima per raggiungere anche a piedi alcune delle principali attrazioni. Ben servito, nelle immediate vicinanze, da supermercati, bar e negozi vari. Check in e check out da effettuarsi in autonomia con Direzione, comunque, efficiente reperibile direttamente su WhatsApp. Struttura consigliatissima.

Ottima esperienza

Pros: Struttura accogliente e pulitissima, ottima posizione . Da consigliare

Cons: Mancanza di carta igienica sufficiente per 4 persone e per 4 gg , mancanza di un asciugamano o un rotolo di carta da cucina
