Very clean, bright, well designed modern apartment in a busy location

Pros: Very clean, bright, well designed modern apartment. Well equipped kitchen and living room. Big full size windows in the living room, and small patio to the rear. Lots of storage and decent bedding provided. Very close to a few big supermarkets with good selection of food at reasonable prices. Bus stop also nearby so easy to get into centre. The keyless door entry was also useful, so we didn't need to worry about losing the keys. WiFi worked well. I liked that fact that the whole block was serviced apartments.

Cons: The apartment is slightly away from the centre - which we didn't mind as it was more like living as a local. The apartment is on a major road junction so lots of traffic noise if you open the windows. The main issue when we were there was that there were major pavement and road works taking place directly outside which meant heavy diggers , drilling, noise and dust all day which we should have been told about before booking. The rear patio looks nice but has the fumes from the air conditioning / heaters as it is at the rear of the block and quite enclosed, so we didn't really use it.

Pros: We landed in on an early flight and the staff immediately said that they would meet us at an early check-in time of 12:30. The representative was so lovely, went through absolutely everything with us and gave us plenty of recommendations. Location was a very short bus trip to the centre of the city, with both buses stops pretty much across the street. The apartment was perfectly clean and fully equipped.

It was delightful place to stay in Valencia.

Pros: It is a new and perfectly clean apartment, which is very important for me. We were very satisfied with the comfort it provides and our host was helpful and nice. Everything was flawless and we would be happy to come back one day!

Very convenient apartment

Pros: Spacious apartment, very clean and comfortable, ideal for a family. Close to shops, taverns, public transport - really good location, even if not directly in the centre. The transport gets you everywhere in and around the city. There's a station of Valenbisi just around the corner.

Pros: A great place to spend your stay in Valencia. It is located in a very good area, close to public transportation. You can also walk to the center, it's not far . The building seems recently renovated and very modern. The access was very practical and easy (self check-in using access codes). The apartment has all the necessary utilities. We found the apartment very clean and everything was ready for our arrival. Tamara is really nice, she was always available in case we needed help or any other information.

Really enjoyed staying in this well located, modern spacious apartment.
