4 nights stays in Valencia
Pros: The apartmant is brand new. Everything is very clean, stylish, looks better than on pictures. There's everything you need (dishes, sugar, coffee and capsules also, salt oil...) with welcome drinks and biscuits as well. Bathroom is huge, spacious, bed comfortable. Location is also great, with nice local places around the corner, and 10min walking from city centre. Also good connection with few bus lines and tram to museums and Soler Mall. We were definitly very satisfied, also with good communication with owner.
Cons: I would say we just didn't have luck, since it was really bad weather, and cold, which is not usual for Spain. Heating is just by AC, and since we were traveling with 4 year old kid, it was little bit cold. Also, I'm super sensitive on smell, and on first night I did smell something like sewer pipes, which I read that it's common problem in Valencia. But my wife and kid didn't so I wouldn't say that a 99% of people sense it.

Pros: El apartamento indiscutiblemente sin faltar un detalle, incluso cerveza de bienvenida. Cama muy cómoda, la almohada no, la hubiera preferido viscoelástica. Sofá-cama, cómodo, cocina con todos los detalles, cafetera, tostadora, vasos...... El baño espectacular, eso sí, más 15 minutos el agua se enfría, se ve que es termo eléctrico con su limite de capacidad. Todo el mobiliario de calidad y diseño, las luces muy bien colocadas tanto los apliques de suelo y mesillas como las de techo, sus cortinas tipo fouscurit. Su ubicación es buena, aunque no es el centro neurálgico de la ciudad, aún así las paradas de bus a la vuelta de la esquina, buses rápidos y puntuales te llevan a todos los rincones. Sugerencia comprar una tarjeta de bus por 7.30€ en la que incluyen 10 viajes, las recargas posteriores 5.10€ 10 viajes, si trasbordas en un plazo de 1 hora es gratis. Farmacia, estanco, bares, alimentación y supermercados, todo alrededor. Sin duda repetiría, un saludo viajeros!
Cons: No fui capaz de conectar la TV en canales estatales, eché mano de YouTube canal 24h.

Pros: Das Apartment war sehr gut. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Bushaltestellen, Metrostationen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ich kann das Apartment nur weiterempfehlen.

Nice and excellent! The interior was the best!
Pros: The property is very nice, the interior loos very beautiful. The location is also topnotch, there is a nearby grocery store, coffee shop and pharmacy in case needed. Kitchen utensils are also complete. The toilet is also very nice and spacious. There are a lot of sockets as well. The host is also very accomodating and approachable. I will surely book this again when I visit Valencia.

Pros: O alojamento é muito bonito e confortável. Muito bem equipado e oferece toalhas limpas assim como shampo, condicionador e gel de banho de boa qualidade. A luz que vem da rua não é muita mas temos diferentes luzes dentro do alojamento que acabam por compensar.
Cons: Não tem microondas, o registo de check-in não é muito fácil e a limpeza também não é a melhor. Pediram-me que fizesse algumas coisas, em termos de limpeza, antes do check out que considero que deveriam ser feitas pelo anfitrião.
