Pros: Clean, everything you need in the apartment and in proximity. The guest is a great person and also the apart is located near everything you need.

Pros: Perfect specious place for 4 people! 15-20 mins walk to the central area as well, the beach is little further. Well occupied with all the essentials (coffee machine, cups, dishwasher etc).

Cons: It may be a little difficult to find the door so make sure to check the photos of the actual entrance door.

Pros: Fijn appartement met zeer vriendelijke en attente eigenaar. Het appartement is schoon en goed gelegen t.o.v. openbaar vervoer. Een supermarkt is gelijk aan de overkant wat fijn is.

Pros: The apartment is spacious and nicely fitted out. Everything seemed brand new. It's a good location particularly for restaurants. Plus there's a huge supermarket just across the road. The metro is a short walk away.

Cons: The open-plan arrangement may not work if 2 couples are staying! The sofa was too small for comfort for 2 people.

Pros: Приятно, стильно, очень чисто. Отличная вентиляция - это очень важно для апартаментов в Валенсии Достаточно близко от центра при этом не туристический район. Продукты можно купить прямо в доме напротив Даниэла очень заботливая - в апартаментах есть буквально все, что можно только предположить, что понадобится, это так трогательно:)

Cons: Мы бы советовали более плотные шторы там, где дальнее спальное место

Cómoda y tranquila

Pros: Un apartamento muy cómodo para unos días en Valencia, cerca de la estación Joaquín Sorolla, del metro y de autobuses. Limpio, ordenado y no echamos en falta nada. Los dueños muy simpáticos, explican muy bien todo y están disponibles. Repetiremos si vamos a Valencia, para una familia con niños nos ha parecido que está genial.

Cons: Todo estaba bien.
