Highly recommend!!
Pros: I liked everything!!! The apartment was very big, bright and clean. There you could find everything you need. The host: Miguel was very nice and supportive. I really recommend this property. By the way I was concerned about the location but there was a direct bus to city center , so 10 mins and you were there. Nearby you could find cafes, shops… everything you need !!!

Good apartment, comfortable and clean
Pros: Great flat, well equipped. Comfortable even though a bit small
Cons: The check in/identification process was done through and app that didn't work and was only in Spanish. Only after I couldn't check in after several attempts, the landlord was able to offer help and to do that on our behalf (and after we . were already on our way, as he said there is no way for us to get into the apartment before we check in online). Also, location wasn't too good and besides the fact that is not very proximate to the city center, it also lacks good connectivity to the main sites/city center in terms of transportation

Great apartment for a group
Pros: Nice apartment, we were in Valencia for the marathon and it was great to have an apartment with a good kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher.
Cons: The amount of hot water was not enough for 5 persons taking a shower. The cuttlery in could be better, cooking knives were not sharp.

Everything is fine except for the heating and dryer when it's cold. In the summer, I think it's easy
Pros: The apartment is very spacious. Three full bedrooms. One with a large double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds. Ideal for friends, colleagues, or a large family; everything is very new, excellent appliances. Quiet.
Cons: There wasn't enough drying machine, so if you go during the cold season, you have to dry your clothes in a separate laundry room outside. And the heating was very poor in November. It was there, and people from the owner even came to figure out why it wasn't working, but it never worked and it was very cold. I don't know how it is in the summer, but if it works just as poorly, it might be hot. Although the entire air conditioning system is new. Another downside is the very small boiler for such an apartment; you can't even fill the bathtub halfway, and I don't know how six people can take showers with such a small boiler.

Pros: Very large and well equipped, in a nice neighborhood and close to both the metro and the North train station. Host was very communicative over whatsapp
Cons: There was a bad smell in the suite bathroom. It didn't spread anywhere else, but made using the shower and toilet in that bathroom a worse experience.

Pros: The bed was incredible comfortable. The bedlinen was soft and very silky. The shower gel is fantastic. The kitchen well equipped.
Cons: The drain was smelly.

Good stay in Valencia
Pros: The apartment was big enough for 4 people and had all that we needed. The location was good and only 30mins walk from the old town.
Cons: The blinds in the 2nd bedroom did not work. There was a very bad smell in the 2 bathrooms.

Perfect apartment for long or short stay.
Pros: Modern , very clean and comfortable. Thoughtful hosts. Coffee , water cleaning pack available. Beautiful towels and bedding. Great area local restaurants good. We enjoyed eating at VeuVeu. Would not hesitate in recommending apartments.
Cons: Everything was perfect however information about local facilities transport and maps would have been helpful.
