Pros: Absolutely in love with this apartment! I arrived late at night by train, so I was happy with the location, as it is only 8 min walk from the train station. There are a lot of small local cafes around the apartment, which are mainly visited by locals. A huge supermarket right in the corner of the apartment with a large variety of food and products. Considering the availability of the kitchen and tableware in the apartment, you can have some snacks/meal there. A bus stop, which can take you to the city centre and the beach is only 3 min walk. Apartment is not in the city centre itself, but it is only 20-25 min walk and the neighbourhood is not loud. The apartment has pretty much everything you need and it was super super clean! Bed and a shower were comfortable. Speedy Wi-fi was available. The host was super nice and helpful. Self check-in is available. The price compare to quality is good!

Cons: If you are planning to visit for a long time - consider to take/buy your own cosmetics (such as shower gel/shampoo). There is no clothes dryer, which is might be needed during summer, if you are planning to visit the seaside.

Very good and nice place

Pros: Very good appartement. Very clean nice and new. Good televisions and nice locations with nice bars or supermarket around the appartement. A little park next door. Location is good and not far from the centre. We liked it very much and wil come back for sure.

Cons: Cooking plate should be a little bigger.

Recomend for few days in Valencia. The owner was happy to help with my queries

Pros: Everything. The room is big, with two smart TVs, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and microwave. The bath is very spacious and has a great lighting and a walk-in shower. Very pleasant stay. Would recommend!

Pros: Todo muy limpio, muy grande, accesible. Encontré el lugar a la primera. No me resultó difícil acceder al apartamento. El baño chulísimo, la cocina equipada con lo necesario. La TV tenía canales interesantes también, aunque no pase mucho tiempo allí.

Cons: Las almohadas eran demasiado duras, tuve que dormir con el cojín como almohada. Una opción de una almohada más blanda me habría gustado.

Pros: Es Bastante cómodo esta muy bien decorado y realmente esta muy práctico y completo 😉

Cons: El WiFi no sirvió en ningún momento y peor aun dentro del piso no da NADA de señal en el celular quedas incomunicada ; esto es algo que se debe mejorar pues es una de las razones para alquilar ; UN BUEN INTERNET
