Pros: For the first time in my life, I am writing a review because I think this accommodation is worth it and I know that I also noticed the review. We were very satisfied with our stay. From the staff, who were always available to us, to the accommodation. The stop was a maximum of 5 minutes walk and the bus went straight to the center. When we went back from the city, the bus dropped us off at a stop that was about a minute walk away. The accommodation was smaller, but it had everything you need. From a functional washing machine, oven to Netflix on the TV 😂. The only thing I would point out is that the accommodation is for 2 rather than 4 people. If it is a family with children, it is great. I would also like to point out that there is a shop nearby. We will definitely return to Valencia because of this accommodation. Thank you ❤️

Excellent apartment if you like walking
Pros: Perfectly clean , new, recently renovated apartment with good quality fixtures. Friendly and efficient cleaning lady Apart from the door, there is also a window which can be opened. Hot air for heating was fine (mid-February)
Cons: Location 20/25 minutes from the centre, 15 minutes from underground from airport, 10 minutes from nearest underground. Electronic codes on door didn't work very well. After, they sent us an app to use which was fine.

Pros: Realmente tiene especial suficiente, solo nos quedamos 2 personas pero para 4 también está bien, tienen todo para cocinar, el Mercadona en la esquina, está bien conectado y muy cerca de la estación del tren y cerca del centro lo cual también es muy conveniente
Cons: Me gustó su ubicación y está muy bien decorado

Tutto Perfetto per come deve essere un appartamento
Pros: Tutto Ottimo. Appartamento direttamente su strada in zona molto tranquilla. Ci sono varie fermate bus nel raggio di 5 minuti (una quasi di fronte casa, l’altra a 5 minuti) per raggiungere qualsiasi zona (anche oceanografico). C’è anche la metro ma a Valencia non ci è mai servita. Appartamento impeccabile, tutto a disposizione e nuovo: lavatrice/asciugatrice, sapone per piatti e spugnetta a retina sigillati, forno a microonde e cucina a induzione. Modem Wifi con connessione stabile e veloce. È stato l’ideale avendo una bimba da 1 anno.
Cons: Nullo, era tutto ottimo

Pros: Blisko starego miasta Ciutat Vella, można dojść spacerkiem. W odleglości ok 200m znajduje się supermarket Mercadona, czyli taki polski lidl czy biedronka. Łóżko wygodne i cisza, na czym mi zależało przy wyborze noclegu. Gdybym miała jeszcze raz jechać do Walencji, wybrałabym właśnie to mieszkanie, jest tam wszystko czego potrzeba. Zameldowanie kodem. Trzeba wpisać kod, nacisnąć mocno zamek i kręcić w lewo.

Pros: Nie ma nikogo z obsługi, dostajesz kod i potem masz dziwną klamkę w drzwiach. By otworzyć musisz wpisać kod i do oporu w lewo. By zamknąć wpisać kod i do oporu w prawo. Bus 11 zatrzymuje sie 25m od lokalizacji więc szybki dojazd z centrum, w pokoju 2 telewizory z netflixem itd

Ottimo appartamento a Valencia
Pros: Appartamento moderno e nuovo. Soggiorno e cucina in ambiente unico, piano cottura ad induzione, tostapane, bollitore, macchina da caffè, ferro da stiro, lavatrice, stendibiancheria, divano, tavolo e sedie.
Cons: La cucina è dotata di detersivo per i piatti e lavastoviglie Solo un suggerimento: sarebbe carino aggiungere uno spray detergente/ disinfettante e detersivo per lavatrice

Lo rifarei
Pros: Struttura nuova, zona silenziosa di notte. A 1 minuto a piedi hai 2 fermate Tram. Ottima esperienza dotata di tutti i confort e letto comodo.
Cons: Il pavimento potrebbe essere pulito meglio dai capelli, Ed esistono acidi da usare ogni tanto per smacchiarlo per bene. Sarebbe ottimo.
