Stylish Design Studio in Valencia

Pros: It’s a nice new flat with all kitchen equipment. Everything was ok. The key was in a keybox. So it was easy to get in.

Cons: Little bit noisy as the entrance from the street, but I think none of the Spanish flats are quite 😀. So for me it was not a big problem.

We can recommend this apartment to others.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay in Valencia at this apartment. It was convenient and close to the public transport, so we could visit different areas of the town. There were enough market stores, restaurants and bars very close to the apartment.

Pros: Clean, it has everything you need for your stay. Convenient, the kitchen is well sized, there are utensils and everything else. I would repeat and recommend the place.

Cons: Communication with the host was very cumbersome and difficult. When we checked in, water began to flow from the air conditioner literally from the ceiling. I wrote to the host, he replied that the problem would be solved the next day, but alas.... After two nights, a mechanic came and fixed the problem. But for two nights we tried to sleep to the sound of water flowing in a bucket

Pros: Η τοποθεσία ήταν αρκετά κοντινή με περπατημα στην πόλη. Άριστη σε σχέση με τα λεωφορεία και το ΜΕΤΡΟ. Κοντά σε market και εστιατόρια

Cons: Δυσκολευόμαστε να ανοίξουμε την πόρτα. Δεν μπορούσαμε να ανοίξουμε για φυσικό φως καθως είμαστε στο επίπεδο του δρόμου

Pros: Era tutto ottimo....appartamento adatto per 2 persone...molto comodo...dotato di tutto il necessario....penso che per 3 persone sià già un po' troppo....cmq ci sta anche....excelente posizione....mezzi di trasporti molto vicino per andare in centro e anche al mare.......un gioiello questo appartamento.....anche se è piano terra di notte era tutto molto silenzioso.....

Cons: L'unica cosa...non è un critica..solo un consiglio...la serratura della porta d'ingresso deve essere cambiata....perchè era un complicato di aprire e le istruzione di check-in non parlavano nulla di questo piccolo \

Pros: La struttura è un po' fuori València circa un km e mezzo . Zona tranquilla con il bar accanto dove fare un ottima colazione a prezzi onesti

Buena ubicación en Valencia

Pros: Apartamento nuevo, moderno, limpio y bien equipado. El alojamiento se encuentra a pie de calle con una buena ubicación y con facilidad para tomar transporte público. Autobús y metro muy cerca. Hay supermercados, tiendas, restaurantes y todos los servicios en la zona. Zona muy segura y tranquila.

Cons: El sofá cama resultó incómodo y difícil para abrir. La atención del anfitrión es bastante impersonal.

Moderno y funcional

Pros: Apartamento, nuevo, moderno, cómodo y funcional. Decorado con gusto. Tiene cerca medios de transporte y al lado el restaurante Albarracín donde se desayuna bien.
