Lovely apartment in a great location

Pros: Great location, easy walking distance to main attractions. The apartment has everything you need. It was well equipped, comfortable, clean and had a wrap around balcony.

Cons: It is a noisy area, the shutters do block out noise but ear plugs are essential.

Really nice apartment, we recommend it!

Pros: The position, the cleanliness, the facilities, the communication with the host, a small balcony surrounding the apartment, the big windows, really nice view. Overall we loved it, the hosts where really nice helping us with our demands. The kids loved the apartment, they had a lot of space to play, also running on the balcony surrounding the apartment. The placement is ideal, you are right in the city center.

Cons: There is a lot of noise because the apartment is right in the city center, but we expected that, a lot of food smell inside the apartment from the restaurant underneath, specially in the bathroom, the beds in the second room where really poor and unstable, I was afraid the bead will break apart at any small movement, it did not happened, but the beds are moving and make a lot of noise if you do any movement. Was a bit hard for us, because we had a stroller also, and the entrance staircase is really small and you only have an elevator from the 1st floor, so you need to carry it one floor.

Gorgeous central apartment in the middle of the city

Pros: Very central location. Beautiful apartment with exposed beams and brick walls . Very comfortable. Gorgeous small wrap around balcony perfect for people watching with a coffee or glass of wine in the evening. Very lively in the evening and into the early hours . I read from previous reviews that the noise was very bad so I was a little worried as we were travelling with 2 children under 10. They didn’t notice at all and slept really well . The blackout shutters also helped . There is a lot of noise at night but I thought it was part of the atmosphere and it did not bother us too much . Loads of gorgeous cafes and bars within minutes from the apartment. I would definitely book again.

Valencia is just beautiful and so very much worth a visit. The apartament was great!

Pros: Brilliant location right in the centre of the old city. 5 mins to the Cathedral, St Nicholas church, Mercado Central and 10 minutes to Turia Park and either of the old city gates. Loads of cafes, bars and restaurants in the area. Good facilities, lots of hot water, aircon/heating was ok, kitchen area really good with kettle, toaster, microwave etc.

Cons: The only negative was the street noise, which is of course due to being in the Old City and living in a country that goes out and stays out rather later than most. Street noise at midnight to 2am was pretty loud, in fact we purchased some ear buds to wear on day 3 which meant we slept much better after that. The kids however didn't notice the noise at all!! Apart from this, there was nothing to dislike!

Pros: Location was great and the apartment was very good.

Cons: The amount of emails and communications prior to travelling. There was a lot of repeat mails. I was also unsure if we were getting the apartment we had booked as the confirmation emails stated we had booked a one bed apartment when we had booked a 2 bed. But the company clarified this and all was ok.

Magnifico appartamento e location

Pros: Appartamento carino ben arredato e confortevole, in posizione centrale nel centro storico di Valencia.

Cons: Il bagno è l’unico handicap dell’appartamento. Poco illuminato e mancante di finestra e/o di aeratore.

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja w samym sercu starego miasta w Walencji. Mieszkanie bardzo wygodne dla 4 osób.

Molto bello ma rumoroso

Pros: Struttura bella, accogliente, posizione ottima per non dover quasi mai prendere i mezzi pubblici per spostarsi. Dotata di un bagno e 6 posti letto tra letto matrimoniale alle francese, letto a castello e divano letto

Cons: Peccato non sia per niente insonorizzata, le prime sue notti non sono riuscita a prendere sonno prima delle 4/5 del mattino per i rumori che provenivano dalla strada sottostante quindi se venite portatevi magari i tappi per le orecchie
