Pros: The apartment's atmosphere and location are great.

Pros: Beautiful apartment in the middle of old town. Wooden floors and two separate rooms.

Cons: No supermarkets nearby. We arrived late, no water, no coffee

Pros: Really great location, only two or three minutes walk from both the central market and Turia park. It felt like everything we could have wanted was on our doorstep.

Cons: I was happy with everything, you might need to be aware that apartment is on third floor with stairs only.

Excellent location in a friendly, vibrant city.

Pros: Excellent location in a lively plaza in the heart of the old town. The bar opposite was open until the early hours but we weren't disturbed as the windows did a good job of blocking out the noise. Easy walking distance to places of interest with the metro & numerous bus lines also close by. Great bars & restaurants close by too so a fantastic choice of where to eat. The small balcony allowed us to sit outside & enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the world go by before we headed out to eat. The small kitchen also meant that you could cook in the apartment if you wanted to. We only had tea & coffee there but its good to have the option.

Cons: Nothing of any great importance. Be aware though that there's no lift and apartment is on third floor.

Enjoyable and good value central stay

Pros: Located in the heart of old town, yet surprisingly quiet when you close the patio doors. Spacious enough and all the necessities are there. Nice plaza across road and just minutes walk to the main sights.

Cons: Clunky checkin process but worked out fine.

Great apartment, shame about the stairs.

Pros: The apartment was very private & well appointed. We felt very relaxed &, being in the centre of the old town, we were within 10 minutes walk of some very good bars & restaurants.

Cons: Perhaps the most important thing that should be mentioned is the narrow flights of 51 stairs from ground level to the apartment which may be beyond some potential customers capacity. The only item we needed which was missing was a bread knife, important when preparing a continental breakfast.

The best apartment ever!

Pros: City center, next to central market, very comfortable, spacious and atmospheric apartment.

Cons: Kinda difficult to get all the luggage upstairs.

Fantastic central location combined with excess street noise and a difficult three story stair climb

Pros: Fantastic location in the heart of the old town. The second bedroom with the loft bed and bookshelves had a lot of character. We liked the hardwood floors, high ceilings and use of wood throughout the apartment. Nice kitchen.

Cons: The apartment is a couple doors down from Cafe Negrito which has tables outside and is very noisy well into the evening. The second bedroom and living room catches a lot of noise from this place. The apartment is on the third floor of the building with no elevator. It is 51 steps up a narrow staircase that is very difficult to climb with luggage. Would not recommend for someone with mobility challenges. The place has a clothes washing machine but no dryer. The drying rack had damp sheets and towels on it so we were on our own figuring out how to dry the wash we did.

Great option in the heart of Valencia

Pros: Nice apartment in an old house in the heart of the city. Very clean, there is everything you need, the host is always in touch and very kind.

Cons: Very squeaky floor, difficult to carry the luggage as there is no elevator and the stairs are narrow. False information about luggage storage service, we were allowed to leave luggage in the apartment only until the cleaning is done

Old Town Charm

Pros: Excellent location for us. Lovely, clean and spacious apartment.

Cons: Only thing is, bit noisy bar on the corner opposite the building but the main bedroom in the back, so didn't bother me.
