Good value city centre apartment

Pros: Great location & good communication with host. The apartment was spacious & well stocked

Cons: A bit noisy, but that’s to be expected for an old building in a central location

Business trip in downtown Valencia

Pros: Excellent location in the heart of the old city. Comfortable rooms, large common living/dining room/open kitchen.

Really nice apartment, a great location to explore central Valencia from, on our first visit to this fantastic city.

Pros: Great location. Close to the key central sites, all within easy walking access. Nice clean rooms, large open kitchen/living room space. Good aircon, flat could be kept nice, dark and cool.

Cons: Toilet room door, from the kitchen, not closing properly. Using the kettle had the tendency of tripping the fuse. I didn’t personally mind too much but there was quite a lot of noise from people in the street below.

Pros: Very good location within easy walking distance of all attractions in the old town. Lots of bars and restaurants close by.

Cons: All the bars and restaurants around makes it quite noisy in the evening, but that would be the case for all apartments in that area.

Pros: Location is excellent. Apartment is spacious and well equipped.

Cons: No communication from the host. No contacts details at the property if there is a problem. I missed the email about the lock box and thought that someone was meeting me - this had been in an earlier email. We rang to get details about how to get in, but got no reply. No details left about how to access the WiFi. A welcome pack would be a good idea. The location is very central but there is a lot of noise at night from neighbouring bars. There should be more comfortable seating - only one two seater sofa for potentially 5 people.

Pros: Location was great, all points of interest are within a reach. The communication with the host was good, the key was waiting for is in a safe box upon arrival and we left it in the safe box prior to departure. The flat was big enough for our family of five (three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room). Both flat and the building itself were just what we were looking for - Valencia old town experience.

Pros: Amazing, location, lovely spacious apartment. Really clean and really helpful people. right beside the key historical sites and plenty of bars & restaurants to choose from.

Cons: it can be a little noisy but to be expected given the location.

Pros: Everything was conscientious, the location and the best thing about it is that they are in front of cafes and restaurants and no noise is heard in the apartment

Pros: grandissimo, molto centrale e vicino a tutto a pochi minuti a piedi dal mercado centrale, plaza de la Reina e plaza del ayuntamiento. posto per 5 persone, 2 bagni, cucina grande, divano e tavolo, attrezzata di tutto

Cons: bisogna buttare la spazzatura in autonomia alla fine del soggiorno, gli asciugamani rimangono umidi ma non per qualcosa della struttura ma proprio per l'umidità della città.

Pros: El alojamiento muy, muy céntrico. Aunque está en una calle que tiene varios bares. Cuenta con aislamiento suficiente para que puedas dormir. Muy, muy espacioso y con aire acondicionado centralizado. Muy recomendable.

Cons: Como pequeña pega, diré que le falta una tostadora.
