Pros: Good sized apartment with everything you'd need for a comfortable stay, set to a high standard inside, good sized bathroom and shower, fully kitted out kitchen, with everything you'd need including a washing machine. Bright and high ceiling makes for an open and relaxing environment. Comfortable bed, TV with variety of apps Inc YouTube etc Remote locking via an access link you receive before arriving, you then use this link to lock and unlock the door when you stay or leave. Ground floor with other apartments either side. The apartment is next door to a nice little cafe, they do drinks and food. Very local cafe but we're friendly to us, get the beef for lunch it was very nice. Location was about 30 minutes from the cathedral, about 10/15 minutes Into town in general and was a short walk, using Google maps eventually we knew our way through repetition and enjoyed the daily morning walk into town.

Cons: Noise from next door, the other apartment, during our stay a couple next door got a little too cheeky and they spend an hour smashing their bed against our wall which made for a very difficult night. We did speak to the owners via booking but there was nothing they could do which was a shame, I'm not sure if they reached out to the guests but advised us to monitor the situation and if it becomes unbearable to call the police. A pretty relaxed answer to be honest when we were being rudely awakened at 1am by female SCREAMING and smashing of furniture against the walls. General street noise was okay, cars would pass by now and then and people walking past talking and you hear alot sadly. It was quite cold on occasion, the AC unit has a heater but the apartment is quite large therefore heating the apartment was very difficult so we used the extra duvet for sleeping.

Pros: Appartamento completo di tutto e ben arredato. Non lontano dal centro della città e in una zona ben servita. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene anche in quattro

Cons: Lo spazio per muoversi, una volta aperto il divano letto era un poco risicato. Il bagno avrebbe bisogno di maggior areazione

Pros: We had a lovely stay here. Apartment was very accessible as the door leads right to the street which we loved since we had suitcases with us. The noise from the street is moderate. Very comfortable, clean, and safe. AC in the room is great and the bathroom was very clean as well. Overall we had an amazing stay here. Only downside was the parking which we struggled to find and there are no parking garages near by.

Apartamento fantástico en el centro de Valencia.

Pros: Todo Nuevo, con ubicación perfecta para disfrutar de valencia, me ha encantado, volveremos seguro. muy buena wifi, puesto muy funcional y moderno. Todo muy practico y comodo. en las camas se duerme estupendamente en las de la habitación y en el sofa cama también

Fantástico

Pros: El apartamento es como las fotos. Esta súper limpio y cuenta con un montón de detalles y electrodomésticos. El metro está a 7 minutos y el bus más cerca. Barrio muy tranquilo y con bares, restaurantes y supermercados.
