Spacious, helpful, thoughtful, recommended.

Pros: A beautiful place and very spacious. The staff were kind and extremely helpful. Whenever there was an issue with the WiFi or anything else, they arrived within a minute to assist us. They really thought along with us, and we were even allowed to stay a little longer in the apartment when our flight was delayed. Highly recommended!

Pros: Nice loft (ground floor) 30 minutes walk from the center. Kitchen is well equipped to cook, good bathroom. The neighborhood is quite calm at night. Good for 2-3 people .

Pros: We liked that the accommodation looked exactly like the foto's on booking.com. The flat had all the facilities that were mentioned prior and everything worked well and looked nice. We didn't hear any noise from other people who lived upstairs. So the people in the building were not noisy at all which was nice.

Cons: Prior to booking the flat we had already read in other reviews that noise can be heard from the street or people that are in front of the building. That was true since we heard people very clearly if they had a conversation in front of the house and also street noise. That is probably due to the way the building is built since there is probably no need in Spain to insolate a place in such a warm climate but then you also hear all the noise outside the building. The house two doors down is being renovated and due to that we also heard some renovation noises. Other than that we had a nice stay.

Muy recomendable

Pros: Buenas instalaciones. Muy bien equipado. Muy buenos detalles por parte de los gestores, nos dejaron agua, fruta y café para toda la estancia. La persona que nos enseñó el piso fue muy amable y nos dio información muy útil.

Cons: El aislamiento acústico.

Pros: Die Lage der Unterkunft im Viertel Patraix ist super: An einem ruhigen Platz gelegen und gute Infrastruktur (Bäcker, Supermarkt, Bus, Restaurants). Mit dem Bus ist man sehr schnell in der Altstadt und kann ggf. auch laufen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und sauber.

Pros: Ubicación, limpieza, amabilidad de los anfitriones. Nos hicieron muy fácil la estancia. El apartamento muy nuevo

Cons: Las almohadas, muy bajas y el colchón algo incómodo. La tv a veces no iba bien

Pros: Appartamento molto bello, praticamente nuovo, molto pulito e adatto per una famiglia di tre max 4 persone.

Cons: L'unica pecca, se cosi si vuol chiamare è la distanza dal centro, a piedi sono all'incirca 30 minuti, fermate dell'autobus abbastanza vicine e comode.

Pros: La città di valencia bellissima, abbiamo unito la cultura, lo svago, il relax e il divertimento. Mezzi pubblici ottimi ed efficienti. Bellissima la movida notturna. Mi reputo molto soddisfatta
