Wonderful stay in a great Valencia neighbourhood

Pros: The apartment is charming and really well equiped, the host left a very thoughful welcome basket with coffee pods, water, biscuits. They assisted us in booking the underground parking which is 1 min away from the doorstep. Great services in the neighbourhood, restaurants, pastry shop and take away food. A lovely coffee place downstairs with puffy croissants and great orange juice and coffee.

Cons: Nights are a bit noisy if you leave the windows open. The apartment has nothing to do with this.

Cozy apartment with helpful hosts

Pros: Perfect for small family, we had great time, all the small things you need are provided by host. Only some construction work upstairs was not perfect in 8:00 in morning, but understandable. In general great little apartment with stores and great cafe around the corner.

Our stay was extremely pleasant.

Pros: The property was spacious and comfortable, the air conditioning was a blessing during the extremely hot weather. Provisions were provided The host was very helpful and responded quickly to our queries. Public transport was available nearby and if you wanted to get the “steps “in . the property was a 20minute + walk to most of the sites and City centre.

Cons: I have no wards

Good Location if you don’t want to be in the town centre close enough short walk . Would recommend

Pros: Location was good 25 install to town centre. Clean nice decor , had everything you could need . Happy with choice made .

Cons: Internet dropped out a few times , plus tv stopped working on the last day .

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Host was very helpful.

Pros: The apartment is very well decorated. It has very convenient underground parking.

Cons: The water heater capacity was not sufficient for 5 persons to take our shower one after another. The master bedroom shower has no door. It gets very cold to shower in winter. A shower curtain would help.

A great experience in Valencia.

Pros: The apartment corresponds to the description on the site, was clean and comfortable. The host is very responsive and contributed a lot to our great experience in Valencia.

It was pleasant and restful stay.

Pros: Antonio (the host) expecting us at the front door we supposed to check out at 11:00 when we leaving but our flight was late in the evening - Antonio kept our luggages in apartment till we left because no other guests arrived same day. The host is very helpful and nice person. The apartment is clean, comfortable, well climatized. pictures here are as is in real. Location is near Metro station and next to other two bus stops, close to the city center too.

Fabulous accommodation in great location - highly recommended.

Pros: Great location, close to Metro line / taxis. Lots of local restaurants and bars. Very spacious apartment. Three double bedrooms with bathroom and en suite, also three balconies !

Cons: Initial check in details were very vague. We did not have a specific property number and so, on arrival, we were unsure which of the many properties on the square could be our apartment block. Two problems were reported to the host who did acknowledge them but neither had been resolved by the time we checked out.

Lovely stay

Pros: Very nice apartment which is well maintained and has a good decor. We were 2 families with 4 adults and 3 kids and had a comfortable stay. Antonio was very attentive to our queries. We reached early for the check in, Antonio was kind to allow us to keep our luggage while the room was being cleaned. The place is 15 minutes walk from the old city center. It is very close to train station and a metro station named Jesus.

Cons: One bedroom has an attached bathroom and toilet with no doors. This was a different experience for us, though this is not a complaint.
