Perfect flat for a visit to Valencia

Pros: Very, very nice big flat. Very airy and lots of natural light. Fantastic, big terrace on 8th floor with a very nice view. Big, well-eqipped kitchen with a dining table. 2 big rooms (one with a king bed, one with two queen beds) and a smaller one with bunk beds. Plenty of towels, plenty of hot water in the shower. Easy check-in/check-out (via app). Good contact with manager. Nice location in a local neighbourhood with plenty of cafes/bars and a big supermarked nearby. Walking distance to center of town but also a bus stop right outside the flat and a metro stop 5 minutes away.

Loved the apartment and location 😀

Pros: The property has everything we needed and more. The terrace was a great addition. We were lucky to be met upon arrival by a lovely and very helpful lady who was finishing cleaning the apartment and showed us around. She also called the hosts when internet connection was not working and we sorted it in the end.

Cons: Communication with the hosts was a bit difficult because there was no response via booking.com. I had to search for alternative contact details and chase for access information via WhatsApp. Access to apartment for the first time is via an app, so if there are issues with your phone or app it's not going to be possible. Finally, the windows in master bedroom are too thin, the noise coming from busy roads was constant. It didn't prevent us from enjoying our stay though and we really loved the apartment.

Heerlijk weekend Valencia

Pros: Prima ruim appartement met een heerlijk dakterras. Enkel contact met de host via Whats app , maar het contact verliep prima en de host was erg vriendelijk Early check-in en late check-out waren geen probleem. Prima prijs/ kwaliteitsverhouding !

Weekend a Valencia in famiglia

Pros: La struttura è pulita, molto grande e silenziosa. Le camere da letto sono accoglienti e i letti sono comodi. Si trova in una posizione ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici ma il centro è anche raggiungile con una passeggiata di 20 minuti. Nei dintorni ci sono negozi, ristoranti e mercadona vicinissimo. Comodo l’utilizzo della cucina per preparare e consumare pasti a casa. Host gentili e disponibili.

Pros: El apartamento está ubicado al lado de la estación de tren de Joaquín Sorolla,en una zona céntrica.Alex fué súper amable, dejándonos salir más tarde del alojamiento.La terraza preciosa,las camas súper cómodas,totalmente equipada y decorada con mucho gusto. Hemos disfrutado muchísimo de nuestra estancia y si volvemos a Valencia,sin duda,repetiremos estancia.
