Pros: I really liked the location. It was very close to everything we wanted to see, only 15 minutes walk and we were in the Turia park. The bed is very comfortable, I liked it cause it was a tall one, with many pillows. The kitchen is big enough for a family, a couch and a big TV make the area more familiar. Color's are happy. The green from pillows and the blue from the plates reminded me of the colors of the sea and many greens we found in Valencia. Carlos was nice,he just sent me all the details about the location, codes, and everything- Chek in and out very easy! Supermarkets are also close and a laundry room. For someone who is eating in the city, it is just a perfect place! We were with a one year and five months old baby, and it was easier to prepare something quick at home,we had many delicious breakfasts here:) Police are very close, so no worries.
Cons: It is impossible to find a parking place. With a stroller and suitcase, it isn't so easy to go to the closest supermarket for parking. We just moved around about 90 minutes until we found something close. I wished to have a small dishwasher instead of a clothes machine because the apartment does not have any possibility to drie somewhere wet clothes. Because the apartman has one entrance directly from the main street, at night on weekend you can hear the people's talking and laughing.

Pros: Es un bajo bien arreglado aunque tiene deficiencias estéticas en la instalación eléctrica. La alcachofa de la ducha es muy incomoda y se dale todo el agua fuera. La decoración es muy básica pero esta bien. El sofá no es muy cómodo como cama. La ubicación es buena, a 20 minutos a pie del centro. Se aparca fácil alrededor, es un barrios tranquilo.

Apartamento muy funcional en una localización muy buena
Pros: Ubicación excelente, muy limpio y el trato de Carlos inmejorable. Repetiremos sin duda
Cons: Tal vez al tratarse de un bajo podría tener mejor insonorización pero en ningún caso fue molesto el ruido de la calle

Pros: Apartamento amplio, muy cómodo y super limpio. La ubicación genial.
Cons: La ducha, la alcachofa no funciona bien y el agua se sale del plato.

Pros: El olor tan bueno que desprendió la casa nada más entrar, no falta detalle. Tiene buena ubicación.
Cons: Por poner una pega el aire acondicionado lo tuvimos que poner por el frío y se escuchaba desde la cama principal.

Pros: Cama comodísima, café, agua, toallas, gel, champú, café, buena comunicación,..
Cons: Algo que no tiene que ver con el anfitrión, el ruido fuera de gente gritando hasta la madrugada

Buena experiencia
Pros: Bastante bien, estudio a pie de calle muy cómodo y bien equipado.
Cons: La nevera hace mucho ruido por la noche. Para quien tenga el sueño ligero es un poco molesto. Al estar a pie de calle, a primera hora de la mañana, se escucha a la gente hablando, con maletas, los coches, etc.

Pros: A 10/15 minuti dalla stazione a piedi. Quartiere tranquillo vicinanza di bar e negozi utili ed al mercato di Ruzafa. Fermata bus nelle vicinanze.

Pros: Ottima la posizione, non centralissima ma tranquilla. Appartamento pulitissimo e arredato con attenzione. Anche le dotazioni di cucina e lavatrice super apprezzate.
Cons: Qualche problema con lo scaldabagno segnalato all'host alla partenza.
