Terrace is awesome 👏

Pros: Awesome apartment near city center. And the terrace - it really worth it, gives this place special vibe 🙌

Cons: Hard to get keys sometimes, owners does not very responsive and don’t provide instructions. You need to get the keys. Found right door, play around with the lock to get in (try both directions of key rotation) Elevator works! When in, turn to the left, go up last floor - and you are here!

Pros: The accomandation was really perfect. We cant understand why there are bad Reviews. Even my mother who is really Picky and strict with hotels was so so happy. The area is safe and full of nice Food spots and vintage shops:) The balcony was Our Favorite Thing of the hotel! Its so Cozy there! Also The Kitchen is full Equipment. And there is a now a big mirrow because we Read in the comments there isnt. Everything perfect!!

Cons: The key is a bit Tricky to use.

Great for couples

Pros: Location was great, as was the balcony. Bed was comfy and the flat was clean. Loved the hammock!

Cons: We arrived at 21:00 and had to pay an extra €30 for “late” check-in. Not the end of the world but a little annoying.

Tidy flat with a great terrace and public transport in a quiet less touristy neighborhood

Pros: Stayed here in early July and it was warm but as previously stated with the doors open there is a nice breeze. The roof terrace is the main attraction and most of the time spent in the falt was spent here. The falt is in a nice, quiet and less touristy neighborhood and the number 6 bus stop at the end of the street was handy for getting into the old town and to the beaches etc. There actually is a lift as well which isn't listed on the main page.

Very comfortable and spacious flat with a big roof terrace

Pros: Great to be number 6 bus stop and having a Lidl supermarket close by eas useful.

Cons: Lights fused.

Séjour agréable dans un endroit calme

Pros: Nous avons aimé l’extérieur qui nous a permis de passer des soirées agréables. L’appartement permets de faire un bon courant d’air pour rafraîchir. Il est plus tôt bien situé entre la partie moderne et ancienne de la ville (20 minutes pour rejoindre les 2).

Cons: Dommage que la Clim n’était pas présente pour les soirées à forte chaleur. Le lavabo de la salle de bain était bouché et un pied du lit était décroché ce qu’il ne le rendait pas stable.

Все супер, но с кондиционером было бы лучше 🙂

Pros: Очень хорошая и большая терраса с кроватью столами и креслами. В помещении почти не находились. Чисто и удобно. Недалеко от вокзала.

Cons: Так как была жара 40 градусов в наши дни прибывания, жене без кондиционера было жарко спать, а мне было комфортно с вентиляторами и сквозняком, так как окна с разных сторон здания и сквозняк был хороший. Зато не заболеешь от кондиционера.

Pros: La terrasse avec le lit. La taille de l'appartement. Le calme. Le amac.

Cons: 1 peu loin de la mer mais proche du centre. Peut être 1 clim à installer.

Lovely terrace in Valencia

Pros: Large space and beautiful terrace. Nice kitchen. Comfy furniture. About 20 minute walk to the Sorolla train station. Good value.

Cons: Apartment was a bit dated. Lumpy pillows. Otherwise great.

Pros: Гарний краєвид з вікон та тераси, помешкання старе але дуже охайне та велике.

Cons: Машину припаркувати дуже важко, скоріш за все вдасться це зробити на інший вулиці, а то і за 2-3 вулиці.
