Nice stay in Valencia

Pros: Nice place to visit Valencia. All tourist attractions are approximately a 30-minute walk away. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a washing machine and dishwasher. There is a large bathroom with a shower and a living room with a sofa bed and a very comfortable bed. Heating is provided by air conditioning. This is good value for money.

Pros: Good location, near to shops, markets, bus stops. Fully equipped, we could cook and had everything we needed.

Pros: We were satisfied with the apartment however, at our first day of stay we noted a cockroach in the hall. We thought it got inside through the entrance door from the outside. We successfully got rid of the insect. Remaining 7 days there weren't any insects.

Great location and great apartment

Pros: Perfect location, great communication prior to arrival, very clean, comfortable, perfect shower, everything was excellent.

Cons: Nothing I disliked.

Pros: Nice and clean apartment! Very well equiped kitchen, +1 for the dish wahser, it saved a lots of time for us. With a bit of walking everything is easily reachable.

Cons: The district is a bit dirty, but this is not the apartment's fault!

Pros: The apartment was well equipped, in a good location. TV and Netflix in both rooms (which was an advantage because of the children)

Cons: The apartment was cold (the floor was icy) even if we heated with air conditioning (it was on the ground floor, so there was a little noise). The bed in the bedroom was OK, but sleeping on the sofa bed for 9 nights was quite hell.

Excellent flat

Pros: Excellent flat located walking distance to the Valencia Marathon Start line. It was clean, tidy, comfortable and also was in a quiet neighbourhood.

Pros: Sve je čisto i uredno. Mali je, ali dovoljan za boravak. Realno je za dve osobe. Za porodice je jako skuceno. Na sjajnoj je lokaciji.

Cons: Krevet na razvlacenje je u jako losem stanju i potrebno ga je zameniti. Spavala su deca na njemu pa smo izdrzali nekako! Nema ormana za odlaganje stvari.

Pros: Descrizione casa come da foto. Interno casa non mancava nulla.Posizione quartiere russafa metro e bus servita.

Cons: Scopino wc e porta asciugamani rotti. Materasso per divano conservato sotto il letto e sporco. Non bene. Trovate alcune blatte.

Rewelacja! Chętnie wrócę :)

Pros: Super lokalizacja. Spokojna ulica, na przeciwko sklepik, zaraz obok wejścia przystanek autobusowy. Idealna baza wypadowa, wszędzie można dojść spacerem. W niewielkiej odległości markety Lidl, Carrefour. Obok dwie baro-kawiarnie, gdzie rano można zjeść śniadanie a wieczorem usiąść na drinka. Ogólnie byliśmy mega zadowoleni.

Cons: Jedyny, ale na prawdę malutki minusik to brak kontaktu z właścicielem. Dostaliśmy maila z wytycznymi dotyczącymi zameldowania i wymeldowania oraz odbioru kluczy i na tym kontakt się kończy.
