Travel Habitat Ruzafa Apartment

Really enjoyable stay.

Pros: Great location and comfortable and clean. Ran the València marathon just 12 to 15 min walk to start / finish of marathon.

I’m a satisfied customer i will highly recommend this apartment very confortable

Pros: Oh my goodness very well presented just like the picture very beautiful clean well decorated bedrooms very beautiful kitchen very nice and clean everything works perfectly the apartment located to the very good neighbourhoods close to the big supermarket (Lidl)close to the city of arts and sciences 14 minutes to the beach 🏖️ it just perfect 🤩 we really have a good time there in the apartment the home owner they’re very kind and friendly absolutely superb 👌 very good environment safe to walk late night and the people very friendly 🇪🇸🙌

Cons: Just the stairs it was very challenging especially going up the the fourth floor it wasn’t easy carrying our suitcases 🧳 up we struggled

Lovely place, clean a happy to recommed it.

Pros: It’s a great place, situated in a 4th floor which meant lovely view to the neighborhood. It has two bedrooms of a nice size and two wc’s which is super handy when traveling in a group. The flat feels cozy and clean, and it provides enough space to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. Also the staff is wonderful, they provided clear instructions and were very helpful when we had questions.

Cons: No min points. The place meet our expectations.

Pros: It is nice and cozy flat. Peaceful area with everything around that you need.

Cons: We stayed for 10 days and they gave each person 1 big and 1 small towel only. We asked for second pair fo keys, that were never delivered, since the intercom didn't work we needed to go up an down 4th floor without elevator. Shower is in one room only.

A great one-week stay in Valencia.

Pros: Great location, 25 min from the city center and 25 min from the museums. Very and fully equipped appartment, with plenty of space for a family of four. Extremely clean, with two toilets (one with shower), and basic toiletries provided. Overall, a grat accomodation, good value for money.

Cons: The bed mattresses are too soft and it becomes annoying to sleep there after a couple fo days. Also, it is advertised as one double bed and two single beds appartment, but the two single beds are actually one bed, from which the second bed is pulled out becoming actually a double bed.

Nice bright appartment in Ruzzafa

Pros: Bright appartment 15 minutes walk from the centre. Had everything we needed. Pharmacy next door & Chinese café across the road - good for a cold drink. Lidl just a few minutes walk for bread & pastries for breakfast. We loved the area in the evening for dinner & drinks - such a buzz everyone out eating/drinking on the streets but the appartment was removed so still quiet at night.

Cons: No lift -4 flights of stairs which we wouldn't have minded only it was so hot & humid. The bedrooms could have done with an air-conditioned unit - they were very warm at night.

Ideal for us as location meant we had a good walk every day in all directions

Pros: We were in the apartment for a month in February and this review is based on what we paid for a month out of season . The apartment is well represented by photos and is equipped as per the description. It was an ideal location for us, as the beach the retail part of town and the old town and Turia garden walks were all walkable with the beach being furthest away. Its a fairly quiet location. A/C in lounge and portable heaters kept us warm in the evenings

Cons: Nothing really . Just be aware as they say in the description and are upfront about there are only stairs. I counted the stairs and compared with our stairs at home it would be an equivalent 5 floors to the apartment.

Superb Appartment in Ruzafa.

Pros: The location was fine between the city centre and the beach in the hip area of ruzafa. Everything you need is nearby. The building is charming, light and clean. Our host, Victor, welcomed us wonderfully and was very helpful, also when we forgot our passports when we were at the airport 😅

Cons: You need to like climbing stairs…the Appartment is situated on the 4th floor without elevator, but for us it was no problem at all.

A very good location

Pros: A very good location, this is like 15 minutes from the centro of valncia...! The only thing is that there is 4 floors to go up...but over all it was very nice, if I come back to valncia I will stay at this apartment

Cons: David was welcoming us to the apartment..and show us everything, also he gave us some good tips about restaurants in the area...! Thank you David..!

Pros: Mieszkanie jest w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Zarządca bardzo szybko odpisuje na wiadomości. Spędziłem w tym mieszkaniu miesiąc i jestem bardzo zadowolony.
