Pros: Very central position (15/20 minutes to reach the central square) and buses/metro are close by. The apartment is huge, 3 bedrooms plus one other living room with a sofa-bed we really needed. Bathrooms were clean, and one of those was really big! The price was truly on spot for that apartment. There were toilet paper and towels in abundance.
Cons: It was quite hard to get used to the lock/unlock system. There weren't only the keys (which we could take from a box quite easily), but also a code to press on the phone to unlock or lock the doors. We had troubles the first couple of days to remove the key from the door, maybe we didn't get it immediately, but we must admit it wasn't very intuitive. I'd sugest to just keep 1 method or the other (key or digital lock). Also, not a downside but it would have been a plus if there were \

Big cozy appartment with excellent location and very communicative host.
Pros: Huge comforable appartment with a lot of rooms, with excellent location. Center, metro stations and Museo de la Science, Oceanographic are very close to property.
Cons: The cleanines of appartment wasn’t perfect, and also some of the furniture is a bit rusty, but beside that is is sweet and cozy style, so my friends and me enjoyed it.

Pros: Great location, huge apartment, friendly host who offered us early check in and late check out. the apartment has air conditioning, balcony, two bathrooms. We were a group of four and were very satisfied. Everything was very cool.

Große Wohnung mit einem großen Doppelbett und 2 schmäleren in kleinen Zimmern, 2 Toiletten, großes Bad und 2 Esstischen.
Pros: Die Größe der Wohnung, die Lage und der elektronische Türschlüssel . Früheres Checkin war kein Problem.
Cons: Geschirr leicht abgeschlagen. (Kann theoretisch erst beim Vormieter passiert sein)

Ár-érték arányban tökéletesen megfelelő volt.
Pros: Közel volt a belvároshoz és szinte a ház előtt áll meg a busz is, ha valaki nem szeretne gyalogolni. Közel vannak boltok, helyi zöldséges is. Jó nagy alapterületű lakás, két mosdóval ami nagyon hasznos. Az első emeleten van, plusz lift is van.
Cons: Az egyik franciaágy elég keskeny volt, nem is fért el rajta a másik pár kényelmesen. Azt inkább európai szemmel 1 ágyas szobának nevezném. Cserébe a nagyobb hálóban lévő ágyon 3-an is elfértünk volna, olyan hatalmas! Kicsit elhasznált a bútorzat mindenhol. A szobákban sehol sincs tükör, pedig bőven van üres falfelület, én annak külön örültem volna. Az ajtókat meg kellene olajozni, mert így mindenki felkel a másikra ha a mosdóba megy valaki olyan hangosan nyikorognak és záródnak. A kis külön szobában lévő kanapé nagyon mocskos volt, telis tele foltokkal, ott szerintem egy ágytakaró csere sokat segítene az összképen. Nem voltak poharak normálisan, gondolom eltörték az előző vendégek, ezeket pótolni kellene sűrűbben. Nem működik a smart zárhoz kapott kulcs, így végig applikációt használtunk a bejutáshoz, de ezzel nem volt baj.

Pros: Ottima posizione. Appartamento perfetto per 6/8 persone Zona Ruzzafa comoda con linea 6 davanti casa che porta direttamente in Centro in Plaza dell'Ayuntamiento . Consiglio il bar FORNELINO, una chicca di locale per le colazioni , vicino LIDL per spesa con pane fresco, a due passi dall'oceanografico, metro vicino casa n 10 e bici disponibili ovunque con app VALEBISI . Con la linea 95 si arriva comodi alla spiaggia
Cons: Vettovaglie e attrezzature cucina scarsa, mancano bicchieri e altri piccoli attrezzi (colapasta, asciugapiatti, presine, imbuto per esempio), un solo telo e asciugamano a testa per 5 giorni, ne servirebbe qualcuno in più . Odore dagli scarichi ma tirando l'acqua più volte in giornata sparisce .

Pros: Szuper helyen, gyönyörű nagy lakás, nagyon jó áron!❤️Közel a történelmi belvároshoz( 20 p), boltokhoz( 3p), éttermekhet(5p)strandhoz buszmegálló 8 percre(19-es busz),biztonságos környéken. A vendéglátóink rendkívül korrektek és rugalmasak.❤️( hamarabb foglalhattuk el a szállást és tovább is maradhattunk a kiírtnál).Kényelmes ágyak,felszerelt konyha,2 WC,kis erkély,kis piperecsomag és mosogatócsomag, napernyők a strandoláshoz( 4db)!!
Cons: Egyetlen dolog: a fölöttünk lakók zajolása(nincs rendes szigetelés),de füldugóval megoldható.
