Cozy apartamento en Ruzafa para 2-3 personas con aire acondicionado y salida directa a terraza

Ideal unit for two persons for medium term stays (4 to 7 days)

Pros: The property is a self catering unit. The access is from the street into a shared courtyard which is taken care of by the owner. We stayed in the ground floor unit. There is another unit at first floor with access from, and also overlooking, the courtyard. The layout is open plan with a comfortable bed, a sofa bed, a small kitchen top (with 1 stove top and a mircowave/grilling oven), and a separate shower.

Cons: The unit is not well sound proofed. The visitors walking in the unit above could be easily heard even during the night. The door from the street to the courtyard is a metal door, and to close it makes a bit of a loud noise, especially at night. The kitchen space can be make a bit larger, since there is only space for one pot at a time. The difference in tile levels in the middle of the room was a bit irritating when bumping the toes against it.

Pros: Lovely apartment with terrace and in a great location to tour Valencia. The host is on site and is a lovely person and helpful. The bathroom could do with a repaint though.

Pros: Ben situat, un petit oasis en mig de la cuitat, personal molt amable.

Cons: Es un espai bastant petit i hi ha molta humitat. La zona es complicada per aparcar

Pros: La posizione, la gentilezza del proprietario, il mini set di benvenuto con muffin e caffè,la pulizia, il condizionatore.

Cons: Casa piano terra, molto umida. Bagno piccolo anche se con tutto il necessario. Forse troppo cara per l'offerta (quasi 60 euro a testa a notte), ma siamo venuti in periodo festivo+maratona, trovare a meno era impossibile.

Il proprietario gentilissimo, casetta ottimale per 2/3 persone e posizione centrale

Pros: ✨ Nuestra estadía fue muy agradable, el lugar cómodo y bien ubicado. El personal siempre atento y amable. La única pequeña incomodidad fueron algunos zancudos en la noche, pero nada que arruinara la experiencia. En general, lo disfrutamos mucho y lo recomendaría. 🌿 Romeo estuvo muy contento 😘 saludos desde Madrid

Cons: Los zancudos 🫣

Pros: El personal muy agradable y la localización idónea. La cocina con menaje suficiente. Cafetera de cápsulas a disposición.

Cons: La cama de matrimonio muy blanda y con cubrecamas muy ruidoso. En el baño faltaba algún colgador para las toallas. En la terraza hay dos gatos sueltos, muy tranquilos pero para advertir a posibles alérgicos.

Pros: No pusieron pegas para ir con nuestros 2 perros grandes,y el dueño nos cuidó genial
