VLC HOST - Zapadores

Pros: Great location in the city centre. We rented three apartments, and the stay was great — easy check-in with the mobile lock. The host is always responsive. Had a few issues, but the host handled everything fast. All in all, great stay and would rent again.

Convenient, comfortable, good value

Pros: Helpful staff coordinating check in, easy check in process, clean, comfortable and convenient. Thoughtfully provided with some kitchen and bathroom essentials, good value.

Cons: The bathroom sink didn't drain properly (about 10 mins to drain from washing hands/brushing teeth etc), and the button handle to exit the property was a bit damaged (cracked from being pressed too hard too often). It worked fine, but probably on its last legs. Neither was a particular issue, but would be good to fix before they get worse.

No high expectations.

Pros: Close to city centre, easy to arrive from the airport. Host is sending you everything on whattsup, fast responsive.

Cons: Something that some would not mind, but the glass door (the only thing separating your room from exterior) is at the ground floor of a block of flats exiting directly to a inner park and vicinity to a restaurant, practically there is noise and lights from people outside. Anybody walking or talking could be a reason of discomfort. There is also no heating, and in the winter time could be problematic, the air conditioning is not doing a very good job in heating the place. Nobody is cleaning, there is no physical contact with the owners or staff, at checkout you are advised to remove your garbage and take it to the dumpster.

Decent accommodation in a nice, accessible area.

Pros: It was easy to find, had enough amenities for the week.

Cons: Neighbours were pretty loud, there was banging sound like construction all day and even in the night. Also, it took customer service half an hour to help me get into the property.

Pros: Apartman je odlican, na super lokaciji, centar je 10 minuta udaljen pesaka, mirna cetvrt bez buke.

Good place, central and affordable

Pros: The apartment is fully furnished and exactly has a bus stop in front which makes it somehow central. The apartment itself has a coffee machine, a washing machine and fully equipped kitchen.

Cons: Unfortunatly when we arrived, the fridge has old food from previous booking and the bathroom was not 100 clean.

Pros: Location was perfect. Everything is close to the apartment, shops, bus stations, metro, and the center.

Pros: Very close to the city center, everything is at walking distance. The bed is comfortable, shower area is wide , everything is well designed.

Cons: No windows to open for fresh air, playground right in front of room which is noisy in the afternoon.

Pros: Very modern nice little apartment in a good location to access all parts of the city.

Cons: Quite dark inside with little natural light.

Nice place to stay for a short weekend if you plan on being out and about rather than staying in a lot.

Pros: The shower was good. The bed was large. AC worked perfectly and although on a public courtyard it was quiet.

Cons: There is too much furniture in the room but not much space for clothes etc. Also no window just the main door which is frosted, this makes it feel a bit like a garage or store room.
