Valencia Apartamento Estilo italiano

Had a 4 days stay here, the best part was the location except the parking, a nightmare to find a place.

Pros: Comfortable, centrally located, and well maintained. Andrea was an amazing and exceptionally helpful host 😊 Highly recommended!

Pros: Location was 20 mins walk from the main city centre and it felt safe to walk at night. Plenty of nearby cafes too. Friendly and helpful host

Pros: Nice place, good value to money ratio. The owner even left a beach umbrella for us.

Cons: The neighborhood is dirty. A lot of cochroaches near the apartment (which is normal for Spain during this period). But the neighborhood was dirtier than other neighborhoods and smells like pee. Maybe this is why many cocroaches were outside.

Pros: The apartment is only 15 minutes walking time away from the City of arts and science. There is a metro station only 5 minutes away. The apartment is quiet and clean. There is a full equiped kitchen with all sorts of dishes and apliencies. The apartment has 2 bathrooms with showers and there is a hairdrier in one of them. There is a big tv in the livingroom that has a chromecast and netflix and youtube can be easily accesed. There is an elevator in the apartment building even though the apartment is at the first floor. The neigborhood is quiet and there are a lot of supermarkets nearby. Leonardo the person in charge is friendly and very helpful. We staid for 4 nights and it was not expensive. To sum up a wonderfull experince. I highly recomand this apartment.

Pros: Very clean, comfy beds and a great welcome from Petra, went out of her way to have an earlier check-in.

Cons: A very minor detail from the ladies, no mirror in the bedrooms. OK it's a taxi ride from the station. Not a problem for us.

Fantastic host and property to make a memorable first for

Pros: From the first minute of booking the property, Leonardo was available to any questions I may have needed answering. An absolutely brilliant host and made my family feel welcome from the first minute we arrived. The apartment is fantastic with close links to public transport if needed. Well equipped and spacious for a family with 3 young kids. Zero complaints and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Valencia to check out the property. I’d come back in a flash if I could.

Goid value, a good apartment

Pros: Facilities in apartment very good. Apartment spacious and airy. Leonardo met us on time and dealt with a problem with the lock promptly.

Cons: Seemed to be a poor area of the city. No bars or restaurants close to hand. The staircase to the building very poor and off putting

Great stay !!!!!

Pros: Lovely apartment in great location. Great host who was on hand to give helpful information. Easy hand over of keys on arriving and leaving. Would visit again.

Kiváló apartman 4 főre

Pros: Az apartman remek helyen van, és mindennel fel van szerelve. Könnyű volt a bejutás. A szállásadó Andrea nagyon segítőkész. Az ágyak kiválóak. Kicsit féltünk, hogy zajos lesz a környék, de nyugalom és tökéletes csend volt. Az egyik legnagyobb értéke az apartmannak, hogy 2 fürdőszoba is van. Közel az apartmanhoz van egy Konzum nevű szupermarket, ahol minden szükséges kapható.
