We enjoyed our stay in this fresh renovated loft. Good beds, nice kitchen.
Pros: The Ruzafa Loft was newly renovated. Beautiful small loft, with everything you need for a short stay in the city. The kitchen is well equipped. The loft is clean and the beds were good.
Cons: We would have loved to have a few different types of pillows. There were only high pillows, which did not work for me and my partner. Also all the lights in the apartment are very bright, which doesn't allow you to wind down in the evening. Even the bedside light were bright white.

Lovely place. Would come back again.
Pros: Room had a number of amenities which were useful. Location was good and central to gyms and supermarkets. There wasnt a lot of noise and the temperature of the room was good.
Cons: Dish washer and hoover maybe but the actual room exceeded expectations.

Pros: Location was very good and easily accessible. It had all the amenities and facilities exactly as described. The staff I communicated with by phone were polite, very quick to help, and professional.

Good quality-price very close to Ruzafa.
Pros: Good quality / price ratio, decent location, just outside Ruzafa. However it's on the ground floor, directly accesed through the street, it's not very noise but can be a discomfort for someone more sensible.
Cons: It feels a bit cheap inside with everything kept at a minimum, but maintained. The bathroom is poorly equiped with no soap, no towels hangers, no shelf in the shower to put anything. We stayed for 1 week and there was no cleaning at all.

Very nice, relaxing time in beautifull Valencia, and alartment was great
Pros: Very spacious, clean, nice lay out of apartment, new interior.
Cons: You should install a towel hangers in bathroom and maybe a few shelves in bathroom.( this is not a criticizm its just a suggestion to improove bathroom)

Great place for active and independent travelers on a budget.
Pros: Good location, 20 minute walk to the center and 15 to the City of Arts and Sciences. New furniture (ikea style), multiple beds to choose from. Bus connections to the beach. Calm and silent at night, safe neighborhood. Ruzafa market is 8 minutes away, great place for fresh local groceries. The apartment is a remodeled store space at the ground floor with a glass door and windows, but the thick curtains provide privacy.
Cons: Be aware that the little room with bunk beds has no windows and no separate air conditioning units. It can get quite stuffy if the door is closed. The selective trash containers are right across the street in front of the apartment, not a great view, but not stinky.

Pros: La struttura si trova in una zona molto bella vicino al parco e a pochi minuti di taxi dalla città delle arti e scienza !! Supermercato dietro l angolo e qualsiasi servizio a pochi passi !! Appartamento pulito host disponibile !!

Valencia è molto bella. Probabilmente torneremo con la bella stagione per godere del mare.
Pros: Sebbene si trattasse di un soft con ingresso che dava direttamente sul marciapiede, l'appartamento era abbastanza silenzioso e la cucina era nuova e dotata di tutto il necessario.
Cons: Poiché siamo arrivato in aereo ed abbiamo spesso cucinato in appartamento, non era presente un kit con lo stretto necessario per cucinare, sale, pepe, olio ed aceto, spugne per lavare i piatti. Abbiamo dovuto comprare tutto questo in grandi confezioni che abbiamo usato pochissimo (sei giorni) e poi abbiamo abbandonato il tutto.
