Apartamento junto a Ruzafa cerca del centro

Would happily stay there again.

Pros: Clean. Well equipped. Nicely furnished. Comfortable bed. Excellent communication from the owner. Convenient supermarket very close by.

Cons: Nothing. Perhaps wouldn’t want more than 2 people in the apartment. But perfect for a couple.

Great!

Pros: Everything was perfect, great location, had everything we needed in the apartment and it was clean.

Cons: Not much space when you open up the pull out bed from the couch.

Cozy flat

Pros: Cozy flat close to the center. The host was very kind to accommodate our earlier check-in.

Cons: The WiFi unfortunately didn’t work.

Pros: Everything was 10/10. The host has shown us great hospitality and willingness to support on any question we had. The apartment is very close to city center, Turia park, Oceanografik etc.. Beds were very very comfortable and we had all we needed in the kitchen since we were with small kids.

Super host!

Pros: The host was super friendly, was always available if we had any questions and gave us some nice tips. We rented a bike for 3 days at a store just around the corner. Everything is reachable by bike. The appartment itself was not that big, but well equipped and efficiently decorated. Grocery shops are very close.

Alles Top. Kann die Wohnung gut weiterempfehlen!

Pros: Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt und sehr gut geschlafen. Ruhige, saubere Wohnung und mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Supermarkt an der Ecke und ins Zentrum zum Plaça del Ajuntament ca 30 min zu Fuß. In Ruzzafa (20min) findet man gute Lokalitäten. City of Arts ca 20min zu Fuß. Bei Fahrradshop Bikealano (10min zu Fuß) haben wir uns 2x Räder geliehen für 12€ den ganzen Tag. Lage etwas versteckt, aber dafür kein Straßenlärm. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und Schliesssystem über eine App. Sehr unkompliziert.

Cons: Die Putzfrau hat es sehr gut gemeint mit der Clorreinigung. Es hat sehr gestunken bei der Ankunft. Da die Wohnung ein „Schlauch“ ist, gibt es nur Fenster an der Eingangstür.

Confortevole e fantastico

Pros: Appartamento davvero accogliente, posizione ottima a metà strada tra la città della scienza e il centro città, proprietario gentilissimo e attento alle Nostre esigenze, su richiesta ci ha fatto anche trovare una bottiglia di acqua perché arrivavamo tardi. Letti comodi, il divano letto diventa un altro matrimoniale ed ha ospitato comodamente i nostri figli di 9 e 11 anni

Cons: Una sera in cui pioveva è uscito un po’ di cattivo odore dal bagno, niente di insopportabile

Pros: L'appartement est confortable, bien équipé et propre L'emplacement est bon. Et une mention particulière pour les instructions, la communication et la réactivité pour répondre à nos questions et besoins.

Cons: En RDC sur rue.

Pros: Geweldige, schone accommodatie in een rustige straat. De accommodatie is van alle gemakken voorzien, inclusief airconditioning. Perfect voor twee personen. Gunstige ligging dicht bij het stadscentrum. Er is een supermarkt in de buurt. De gastheer staat altijd voor je klaar als je iets nodig hebt.

Soggiorno piacevole e rilassante.

Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato in questo alloggio per alcuni giorni: nel complesso è stata un’esperienza piacevole. L’appartamento era molto pulito e accogliente, un po’ piccolo per quattro persone, ma ben organizzato e con tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno. All’arrivo abbiamo riscontrato un problema con un cattivo odore proveniente dal bagno, abbiamo avvertito il proprietario che è stato estremamente disponibile e si è attivato subito per cercare di risolvere il problema, dimostrando grande attenzione e gentilezza. La posizione è comoda e tranquilla, vicino alla fermata della metro. Consigliato a chi cerca un alloggio semplice con un host davvero attento.
