Precioso apartamento con a/a en Ruzafa con terracita privada y acceso a un jardín

Great location close to the center but outside the.usy routes

Pros: The apartment was great, it was well setup for a couple to explore Valencia. Room enough to sleep and rest and close enough to the center and several touristic locations to walk to or take a bus. Nice terrace on the property to sit outside at the end of the day.

Pros: Antonio is the best host! without knowing each others language, we could understand each other perfectly, such a postive and great guy!

Pros: The location was amazing, it’s near everything: metro, center, oceanographic. The Host was really friendly and polite and he provided us a lot of tips and places to see around the city.

Cons: Overall the flat was really good and clean, the only think to note is that the bathroom is small but for us was not a problem.

Perfecta estancia para fin de semana

Pros: Todo, muy acogedor y moderno, las camas comodisimas y muy limpio. El hombre que nos atendió super atento, amable y muy simpático!

Cons: Me gusto todo, no puedo poner ninguna cosa negativa

Soggiorno tranquillo e confortevole nel centro città.

Pros: Mi è piaciuta tanto la tranquillità della zona. Anche se è un appartamento piccolo, ha tutto l’essenziale per passare diversi giorni nella città. É situato in un contesto tranquillo pur essendo in centro. Il signore che ci ha accolto é stato molto cortese. L’alloggio ha un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ci sono due gattini dolcissimi che la mattina mi davano il buongiorno. In sintesi lo consiglio senz’altro.

Cons: L’unica cosa che mi ha fatto storcere il naso, é il rumore del cancelletto in ferro quando lo si apriva e chiudeva, in piena notte risulta fastidioso se altri ospiti entrano nella struttura. Se fossi il proprietario dello stabile é qualcosa a cui lavorerei, perché sono sicuro che con qualche piccola modifica, il problema sparirebbe.

Pros: Una bella stanza, molto accogliente e pulita. Il materasso è meraviglioso!!! Siamo stati benissimo...

Cons: Il bagno è un po' piccolo

Pros: Op een goede locatie in Ruzafa. Prima appartement met een heerlijk terrasje om de dag te starten of eindigen met een kopje koffie. De twee katten die goed verzorgd worden komen er gezellig bij liggen. Hele vriendelijke gastheer die ons ontving en die het binnenplaatsje netjes hield.

Cons: De badkamer is klein. En je moet trapje af dus goed uitkijken anders stoot je je hoofd.

Acogedor apartamento muy bien ubicado

Pros: Tiene muchos detalles que hace que la estancia sea muy acogedora y cómoda. El anfitrión fue muy amable y servicial.

Cons: Las escaleras para acceder al baño y a la cocina son un poco incómodas

Pros: Хорошее расположение, близко центр города, основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности.По просьбе разрешили более раннее заселение, хозяева апартов всегда на связи, отвечали быстро на все наши вопросы. В апартах чисто, аккуратно. Кровать большая, комфортная, диван для сна взрослого человека совсем не удобен. Основная посуда присутствует, кофемашина небольшая и капсулы есть, микроволновка, плитка, небольшой холодильник есть. Горячая вода есть всегда. Красивая терраса, вечером приятно посидеть, на террасе обитают два кота, очень дружелюбные.Wi-Fi работал без проблем. В целом, для 2 взрослых все хорошо. Для 3 взрослых человек уже не очень удобно. В целом фото соответствуют оригиналу.

Cons: Постоянно надо обращать внимание на перепад высоты потолка возле зоны санузла и кухни, чтобы не удариться головой. Но это больше предупреждение. Кроме неудобного дивана, больших минусов не было.

Pros: Más pequeño de lo que parece en las fotos. Localización privilegiada, muy cerca de casi todo lo que uno quiere visitar en Valencia. Se puede ir andando al centro, y a la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. Eso es lo mejor que tiene, sin lugar a dudas. Todo está muy limpio, la cama es cómoda, y hay toallas y sábanas. En definitiva, es muy recomendable para una pareja que suela comer en la calle, y quiera pasar unos días de relax.

Cons: En el anuncio decía “precioso apartamento en Ruzafa”. Pues no es un apartamento. En realidad, es un estudio bastante chico, suficiente para una pareja bien avenida; pero si le agregamos un niño, resulta pequeño. La cocina no es tal: es en realidad un espacio estrecho en el que han metido con calzador un fregadero-encimera de metal; y en una especie de carito, han puesto una hornilla de inducción, y en otro, un microondas y una cafetera. El baño es también muy reducido, pero cumple su cometido.
