Apartamentos de Pradas

We booked two apartments for around 12 people and was amazing

Pros: Really nice and value for money , clean and towels and everything was provided

Cons: Nothing major but had a powercut in spain so had to climb all the way up 😂 but not an issue with the apartment

Pros: Location, staff was great, appreciated the gifts in the fridge.

Cons: A little bit noisy (close to a large street) but was ok.

We would recommend that place.

Pros: The location is great. The place is in a modern neighbourhood, with vibrant atmosphere and nightlife. Our studio is on 7th floor and the window view is great.

Cons: Traffic noise can be heard inside, with the windows closed, and is louder until around midnight. We were so tired after the day activities that it was not a big concern once we fell asleep. The hot water in the boiler is not sufficient for three persons if a girl will wash her hair :)

We’ll definitely come again.

Pros: It is a modern apartment spacious with all the necessary appliances to suit self-catering couples like us. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was welcome. It is in excellent location within an easy walk of a lot of the cities attraction and close to the Russafa barrio which is packed with a vibrant array of cafes, pastelerías, restaurants, and bars, and it’s not a particularly touristy area so you get to live a bit more like a local.

Cons: Our apartment faced on a busy road and despite the double glazing, some road noise still intruded. However we didn’t find it overwhelming and were able to get a good nights sleep. The pre-arrival information wasn’t great. We literally had to wait until the check-in time before we were given the codes to access the building, and then only after we prompted them.

Pros: Es una ubicación cercana a todo sin estar en zonas turísticas. Camas cómodas y apartamentos limpios. No se oye ruído de la calle a pesar que tiene tráfico.

Cons: Había una cafetera rota (pero entiendo que no les han advertido)

Schöne Zeit in Valencia

Pros: Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt ,in 20 min.ist man im Zentrum...ca.25 min zu Fuß im oceanografik. Die Nähe zum belebten ruzafa Viertel ist auch perfekt ...viele lokale ...neben der Wohnung befindet sich eine Bäckerei mit sehr guter Ware...ca. 5 min . entfernt befindet sich ein Lidl . Wir wollten eigentlich frühstücken gehen ,haben uns dann doch für das Frühstück in der Wohnung entschlossen. Kaffee gibt es für drei Tage (Filtermaschine) und ein Wasserflasche im Kühlschrank..

Cons: Das Sofa in der Wohnung ist schon ziemlich schmutzig ,ich finde auch den Preis für die dritte Person nicht OK...weil es ziemlich ungemütlich ist... Straßenlärm!!! Fenster ziemlich undicht.,.aber wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist ,schläft man trotz allem ein.

Perfekte Unterkunft für Familie

Pros: Ideales Appartement für Familie oder Gruppe bis 6 Personen. Unkomplizierter Kontakt, einfacher Checkin und Checkout. 2 WC und Duschen. Die Waschmaschine hat uns viel Schmutzwäsche erspart.Perfekte Lage für Touren in der Stadt.

Cons: Ausziehcouch für Erwachsene etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber für Kinder noch okay. Eine der beiden Duschen ist beim Einstieg etwas undicht. Bei voller Belegung ist beim Duschen etwas Zeitdisziplin notwendig damit der letzte auch noch Warmwasser hat oder etwas warten bis der Boiler wieder aufgeheizt ist.

Pros: Appartamento con tutti i comfort ed accessori per una famiglia numerosa come la mia

Cons: Nulla

Perfetto per gruppi di amici o famiglie

Pros: Appartamenti con spazi ampi e camere spaziose, personale accogliente e disponibile anche per il deposito bagagli. Abbiamo trovato l’appartamento pulitissimo e con ogni servizio. La posizione è abbastanza centrale, ci sono 2 fermate del bus e il noleggio bici vicini.

Pros: appartamento attrezzato molto moderno e pulito. Personale disponibile e flessibile alle necessità

Cons: la posizione è centrale ma non collegata benissimo, nel complesso va bene però. In uno degli appartamenti non funzionava il piano a induzione
