Great for exploring the old town.

Pros: Very comfortable bed. Very clean and a great location for the old town, but quiet outside the property.

Cons: Insecure balcony door, which was reported and not fixed. The toilet being situated in the bedroom, although it is a cubicle, there is space above and below the door, so not very private ! Having to take your rubbish when you check out, but there being no communal bin to put it in.

Pros: A very good location allowing you to access the old town easily, central market is a stones throw. If you like nightlife the brilliant Radio City is just around the corner (although you will not hear it from the apartment). You have 2 shops in just as close a distance too. It was a well sized apartment for myself and very few issues. Some of which have been commented on in other reviews and they are minor. It's very much an Airbnb type situation so you probably won't see staff but responsive via Booking.com / WhatsApp.

Cons: Happy to take trash out but no directions as to wear I am able to dispose, hate to sound like a tourist but checking out with luggage and then trash too is asking lot of guests, more so when they do not directly know where they need to go. Phone in my apartment rang at half 10 on day of checkout, I assume as a courtesy call. Although I dont necessarily think this is bad (Valencia stays up LATE) I can see how off putting it would be. The bathroom as mentioned does get very wet very quickly, if you are less mobile please take this into account when making a booking or message the host.

Pros: Nice apartment. Good facilities. Good location. Great system to enter and leave. Electronic key system excellent.

Perfect location

Pros: the location could not be better for exploring València, everything is around the corner, but the street is very quiet. The apartment has everything you need for the stay, also an elevator that is unusual in the old buildings. The host was friendly and very helpful. They left welcome present for us and provided with late check-out free of charge since it was 1st of January. And the lock with code is super convenient. Definitely recommend this place.

Great value for money

Pros: Centrally located apartment. Very close to mercat central, restaurants and bars . Apartment it self is simple but fully equiped, clean and well maintained. There is a water filter. So no need for bottled water. Lock code for outside door and entry is very convenient. Staff responds quickly and helpful.

Cons: Bit noisy. Something wrong with the kitchen pluming. You can hear water from other apartment bubbling in the kitchen sink.

Pros: Good location and plenty of space. Clean and well equipped.

Cons: Some flaws (sink, window, missing dishwasher tablets), but overall manageable. Absolutely no for the bathroom having limited private space, as doors are not up to the ceiling.

Good location, close to the markets. Comfortable stay.

Pros: You tube available, location was great, close to the markets. Place felt secure, kitchen was stocked well.

Cons: Shower arrangement allowed water to flood the floor. However, staff supported the problem with extra towels.

Pros: Everything Clean comfortable apartment in a great location with great communication from the staff

Valencia Old Town, excellent stay

Pros: Easy check in, hosts were very responsive to messages and allowed us to check out late at no extra cost which was greatly appreciated as we had a late flight.

Fantastic location, kind host, absolutely clean and comfortable! Bottle of wine was a nice tuch!

Pros: Perfect valuie for money propery! I like most the location.

Cons: Some sugar and milk for the cofee will be great! There wasn't place for the towels in the bathroom.
