Modern apartment in a great location.

Pros: Spacious apartment in a great location. Host was responsive and helpful before and throughout our stay. Visited during marathon weekend and was a good spot for getting around the city with a metro station nearby.

Pros: Absolutely beautiful apartment in the heart of Valencia. The aparment is large, with AC, very clean and modern. Communication with the host was excellent and easy. Special thanks to Sofia for being very kind. If returning to Valencia, definitely coming back to this place.

Excellent location and value for money

Pros: We had a great stay at this apartment! The location is fantastic—just steps from bars, restaurants, supermarkets, corner shops, the central market, and the cathedral, with easy access to the main shopping streets. It’s also only about a 10-minute walk to one of the city’s main avenues, where you can catch buses to the Centre of Arts and Sciences and the beach. Our hostess was very welcoming—she kindly stored our luggage and gave us access to the spa area (with sauna and hot tub) and the rooftop garden, which was a lovely bonus. The living room is spacious and cozy, and the kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There was a nice touch of a bottle of cava on our arrival and bottles of wine were available for purchase--a real bonus after a long trip. The wifi is a good speed for remote working and the neighbourhood is safe to walk around.

Cons: While we really appreciated the fantastic location, we did find that it came with a fair amount of noise, especially in the evenings. The apartment is close to a live music venue, which meant late-night crowds gathering and dispersing well past midnight. There’s also a restaurant just outside the bedroom window, which made it hard to keep the space quiet or open to light and air--had to keep the curtains closed. In terms of cleanliness, the apartment wasn’t quite up to the standard we expected. There was visible dust under the bed and on some surfaces, and the oven had crumbs left from the previous guest. Additionally, the bed was not particularly comfortable, which made it harder to fully relax during our stay. Overall, while the location and amenities were excellent, some improvements in cleanliness and comfort would really elevate the experience.
