Pros: Comfortable, spacious apartment in a good location of València. Close to the central market and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

Pros: Excellent very central location that is a few minutes walk to the Mercat Central. Lots of restaurants, cafes and bars within minutes. Excellent terrace

Pros: Very big and spacious Well equipped and the double bed was very comfortable

Great place to stay for a visit of a few days.

Pros: Perfect location in the middle of the Ciutat Vella. Lots of restaurants and many of the main attractions of Valencia within walking distance.

Cons: Pillows were far too hard. Surprisingly crowded for a February visit. Getting popular!

Pros: Lovely Apartment. Close to Central Market and City. Comfortable Spotless and Well equipped. Perfect for us as a couple. Sofa-bed in living room and a second bathroom so could suit more if required.

Cons: Small bit of noise at night but we had been told by accommodation beforehand so we knew there might be.

An awesome home-away-from-home style apartment with everything you need at walking distance

Pros: We had a great stay in the penthouse apartment. Everything you need is available. The apartment was clean, spacious, well enough equipped. The city of Valencia is literally a footstep away. For a family of 5 or 6, this is an awesome place to stay and would recommend it to anyone for a citytrip.

Cons: If I'm nitpicking, the furniture is getting a bit worn or was never of very high quality. The TV is small. But generally, these are non-issues.

Great location in a clean and comfortable apartment.

Pros: Location was excellent. Close to restaurants, transport and sites. Heating was good. It was warm and cosy. The conceirge at the apartments was excellent, extremely helpful, nothing was a problem.

Cons: Shower wasn’t very powerful.

Clean, comfortable, spacious apartment in a central location - recommended.

Pros: Great central location. Clean comfortable apartment. A concierge open in the mornings provided peace of mind should we have any questions or issues. Lifts as well as a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor of the duplex meant those with mobility issues were comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and especially appreciated a kettle and assortment of tea bags available. Terrace would have been lovely had the weather been warmer. Washing machine, lounge space and baggage store available and was helpful that reception ordered a taxi for us due to language differences. We were worried when we saw a late night live music venue was next door but weren't the slightest bit disturbed by this and were tempted to pop in - we will do if we return!

Cons: Inevitable in most city centre apartment buildings and not this accommodations fault but neighbours were a little loud and the drains from every bathroom above ours seemed to cascade noisily past our head at night. On the subject of drains - smelled a bit 'drainy' in the bathroom/shower rooms. Again, not unusual for old city buildings. Would have been wonderful to have cotton sheets rather than polycotton. We'd have used the washing machine but we didn't know there was one until we came to leave and found it next to baggage storage on the ground floor - would have been useful to have information in the room to tell us about the additional great facilities you provide!

Pros: The position is perfect to visit the city and the service offered for free by the structure after check out is really confortable. The appartament Is spaceful and confortable.
