Pros: Helpful and friendly reception on arrival. Able to access the accommodation early which was really helpful. Spotless accommodation in a great location.

Lovely comfortable apartment, was perfect for our needs, walking distance to bars and restaurants.

Pros: Contact with the owners was very quick and efficient. Instructions were very clean and everything went smoothly.

Pros: Large apartment and the location is brilliant. Just a few minutes from central market and a few minutes more to the cathedral Square.

Cons: Maybe some softer pillows

Stylish, modern apartment in El Carmen, everything we needed!

Pros: Stylish property with everything we needed, comfortable beds, big social space, fully fitted kitchen and good shower.

Cons: Tv only had one English speaking channel and seemed to block downloading apps

Fantastic spot

Pros: Excellent location in the old part of town. Clean apartment and very well sound proofed. Staff were happy to help and extend our check out time free of charge.

Cons: Apartment was small and lift was very slow so we took the stairs every time.

Pros: Very spacious & clean apartment with excellent air con in a perfect location.

Cons: Only one key on arrival was an issue but staff sorted it.

Perfect location for a lovely visit

Pros: Our apartment was perfect for myself & my friend. It was extremely clean, well equipped, and the location was perfect, within a few minutes walk of most of the major sites. Although in the heart of the old town, it was still very quiet and there was very little noise, even when the local bars were busy in the evening. The staff were helpful and accommodating. We would definitely be happy to stay here on our next visit.

Pros: Well equipped, spacious layout and beautifully decorated. Excellent location, within easy walking distance of all the main areas of central València.

Cons: There was a very bad smell from bathroom..like bad drains... which was a disappointment as otherwise spotless!

Pros: Nice kitchen with clothes washer (though no laundry detergent). Nice, comfortable dining and lounge area. Multiple balconies.

Cons: It's hardly the fault of the property, but it can easily be noisy at night from bad tourists who are drunk and noisy, walking to nearby hostels and B&Bs at 3am and 4am. We needed earplugs. I didn't like the mattress protector. It is lined with plastic, which reflects body heat and natural perspiration back to the sleeper, so that you wake up in the middle of the night in sweaty sheets. Bad idea by the property; cotton mattress protectors exist. At 2am I woke up uncomfortable and disgusted and had to pull off the mattress protector to get some decent sleep.
