Perfect accomodation for a few days
Pros: Quality of the accomodation, cleaness and the ratio price/service. Good position to visit the city of Valencia.

Low cost for a rich experience
Pros: Easy access to the apartment, we arrive earlier than expected, and it was allready prepared for us, we are used to not meeting the owner in person and this is much better for us. The location of the apartment is very good, it has everything you need to spend a few days in the centre of the beautiful city of Valencia. The apartment is spacious, we recommend visiting the city by bike, there is a bike rental nearby Extramurs, 46008 Valencia, Spain, closes at 20 Tel: +34 665 12 37 77 where there is a really friendly owner and the prices are low.
Cons: The owner provided us with information so we didn't miss anything. In the apartment you will find a list of restaurants that are popular with the locals, so we had no additional requests. The towel was more than enough. And in between he answered my emails :) More hangers to come for those behind us.

Loft space almost in the city center.
Pros: Great arranged space consists salon with kitchen, bathroom, sleeping room and micro backyard terrace (with washing machine-what is asset in hot period). Kitchen is equipped with all you need to make a meal. Coffee maker and fruit squeezer make our breakfasts more various. The space is tidy and clean. The entrance is direct from the street so you don’t have to walk upstairs.

An extremely good value for the price, close to a supermarket, pharmacy, city center – everything is within walking dist
Pros: The apartment is excellent. At first, we thought it might be cramped and uncomfortable because it's on the ground floor, but later we realized that's actually one of the best things about this apartment. Its location is superb, right near the city center, and the street isn't very busy at all.
Cons: There weren't many things we didn't like about it. Perhaps it's a bit dimly lit, but that's really insignificant because as tourists, you'll surely be spending most of your time outdoors. And in case you decide to sleep in the living room for an extended period, it can get a bit noisy from the street, but that didn't bother us much.

Pros: La ubicación. ya que el apartamento está a 10 minutos de la plaza del ayuntamiento. También nos gustó la amplitud del apartamento y que estaba muy bien equipado.

Valencia con bambini
Pros: Appartamento dietro la Torre de Quart, a due passi dal mercato centrale. Comodo alla metro ed agli autobus. Supermercati sotto casa, forno e tabacchino accanto alla porta...a dir poco ben servito. Ambiente nuovo e ben tenuto. Completo di lavastoviglie e lavatrice all'esterno. Camera separata da porta scorrevole dall'ambiente sala/cucina.
Cons: Il bagno non ha bidet, ma in vacanza ci si adatta.

Pros: Casa accogliente, spaziosa. Anche il bagno molto spazioso. Posizione perfetta per visitare la città.
Cons: Unica nota non positiva è la porta d’ingresso, è una specie di vetrina, mancherebbe una tenda che non faccia entrare la luce la mattina.

Agréable et confortable
Pros: Appartement top, propre, calme, très bien équipé surtout la machine à laver, il ne manque rien. Plus qu’à poser ses valises, le propriétaire est très réactif si besoin. L’appartement est entre une boulangerie et un tabac donc assez pratique, si besoin (mais bon fumer est mauvais pour la santé 😁). Le propriétaire à meme penser à mettre des mini bouteilles d’huile d’olive, sel, poivre, dosettes lave vaisselle et lave linge, sacs poubelles, gel douche et shampoing donc top ! Je suis resté 4 jours avec mes 3 grands ados top pour découvrir Valence.
Cons: Malheureusement pas de parking, zone bleue pour se garer devant l’appartement, mais il y a le garage Guiméra à 9 minutes à pieds de l’appartement donc raisonnable mais 19€ par jour avec gardien. 19€ par jour le moins cher que j’ai trouvé car la première nuit ailleurs et beaucoup plus loin j’ai payé 25€ alors que jetais garé juste une demie journée la belle ARNAQUE ! Donc ce garage Guiméra qui accueille énormément de voitures ouvre ses portes à 7h et ferme à 23 h donc forcément plus possible de prendre votre voiture sinon il y a bus et métro à proximité, où Uber à prix correct. Sinon plus loin il y a des zones blanches pour se garer gratuitement à 17 minutes à pied mais bon courage pour trouver une place de disponible 😅
