Very well located spacious apartment with lovely terrace
Pros: Quiet, safe and central location, near shops, bars, the metro and a short walk into the very centre of the old town. Spacious apartment. Roof terrace was lovely. Lots of room for cooking, eating and relaxing. Two bedrooms and a large kitchen / living space. Very friendly staff, the host greeted me and my friend and allowed me to check out late and store my bags. Decent bathroom and shower. Much better than the photos at time of booking made it seem! Great value stay.
Cons: One slight downside is the second bedroom is smaller than the main bedroom and doesn't have a proper bed, just a sofa bed (though this was indicated in the listing) so you'll have to work that out if you're two (or more) friends wanting separate bedrooms. Nothing else of note to mention though. Would have been great value still for a solo traveller and excellent for a couple.

Great appartment in very good location to explore the city and beyond.
Pros: Really nice apartment with lots of space, in a good location, just outside the city's West gate. Good kitchen with everything needed. Excellent local bars, and 'Consum' supermarket round the corner, Carrefour even closer. I loved the terrace and outdoor table/shelter for my morning coffee. The bed was very comfortable too and I slept well.
Cons: I was not a fan of the lift up to the apartment, it was very small and very hot - but there are stairs! Air conditioning could do with a service, as it was leaking a little. A few bits and pieces need a little bit of fixing, updating leaky coffee machine etc. But trivial really.

Pros: La struttura è molto bella, ampia e luminosa, quinto piano con ascensore. Le camere grandi e luminose, la cucina spaziosa, anche se non siamo riusciti ad utilizzarla perché abbiamo mangiato sempre fuori, una bella zona pranzo, molto comoda e un salotto con un divano molto comodo. La terrazza una vera chicca. Anche il bagno molto comodo, di dimensioni giuste con una grande doccia. La posizione è ideale, vicina al centro città, con un market, un bar e un forno sotto casa. In 10 minuti di passeggiata si raggiunge tranquillamente il centro città. La host molto carina e disponibile, ci ritornerei sicuramente.

Είναι ένα μέρος που ευχάριστα θα ξαναέμενα στην Valencia!
Pros: Το μέρος είναι εξαιρετικό, πολύ κοντά στην παλιά πόλη. Εχει συγκοινωνίες, μετρό και εύκολη πρόσβαση. Είναι μεγάλο , με 2 υπνοδωμάτια και ένα τεράστιο χώρο που είναι σαλόνι, τραπεζαρία και κουζίνα. Έχει βεράντα με αυλή και φυτά και είναι διακοσμισμένο πολύ ωραία.! Μας άρεσε επίσης η μεγάλη οθόνη της τηλεόρασης που με καλώδιο HDMI μπορείς να συνδέσεις τον υπολογιστή σου και να έχεις μια πολύ εύκολη επιφάνεια εργασίας. Τα φυτά εσωτερικού χώρου ήταν επίσης μια πολύ ωραία σύνθεση και μάλιστα κάποια ήταν τεράστια και προσέδιδαν στο σαλόνι μια εξωτική διάσταση!
Cons: Μας άρεσαν όλα πολύ και δεν είχαμε κάτι να μας ενόχλησε!

ottima struttura a due passo dal centro
Pros: La struttura si trova letteralmente a due passi dalle mura del centro città ed è molto vicina alle fermate dell’autobus e metro. L’appartamento non è di recente costruzione/ristrutturazione ma ha tutto l’occorrente. La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile, ha prontamente risposto a tutti i nostri dubbi ed esigenze.

Excellent place, would come again.
Pros: The lodgings were absolutely excellent, in a spacious loft apartment with one balcony and a well equipped kitchen. Not too close to the noise of the city, but close enough to enjoy everything. Also, very kind and polite hosts. I would definitely recommend.
Cons: There wasn't much not to like. A small problem with the shower drain, which is kind of normal for this type of house and not that bothersome.

Pros: Appartement très agréable et atypique, très bien situé, pas loin du centre historique (moins de 10 min). Tout est accessible à pied. Métro à 7 min . Bus (92) direct pour aller à la plage.
Cons: Il manquait peut être la climatisation. Avions ventilateur et.palme au plafond mais lorsqu'il y a de fortes chaleurs cela peut sembler un peu insuffisant

Pros: Posizione ottima a pochi passi dal centro storico (parte migliore di Valencia) e alle fermate di bus e metro per raggiungere il lungomare per un po di relax. Il loft anche se non è munito di condizionatore è molto fresco e ventilato ed è molto spazioso, ben arredato e con tutti i comfort utili per passare una bellissima vacanza!
Cons: Nulla.
